Quit mcdonald's because they always, never fail, mess up my order. Went today for a weak moment, wanted some fast snack and I didn't get served...at all....dining room was locked and no one but me in the drive through and was told they can not take my order unless I ordered through dine n dash or whatever and another third party app... Feeling like a karen but how is it possible to not to be able to go through a fast food restaurant and get any service at all.

I have now officially black listed this location. The staff is rude. The food is very sub par. The milkshake machine has been "broken " for months. When I asked to speak to a manager the attendant said that she "was good" and didn't want to come to the window. Wendy's is next store...

Went here and they didn't charge me for all the food I asked for then tells me I will have to pull back around the line to reorder at the mic after they also handed me a Dr pepper without any ice without informing me they were out of ice. I did nor pull back through! Also cold fries

I've stopped at this McDonald's enroute to another location in Millington several times during the breakfast hours on different days and service is always fast and friendly. My orders are consistently accurate probably because the cashier double-checks the order accuracy prior to taking payment. As soon as I pull up to window #2, my order is ready and the employees again check for order accuracy.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through and noone came to take my order. Then went inside and ALL employees were playing and fighting. I was the only person in line and they got my order wrong and had to have them make a bigmac that they left out of my order. When the lady asked for them to make the bigmac, the cook played around for 5 minutes acting like he had made it already. Its by FAR the worst service I have ever had.

I was on my way to work and decided to stop by McDonald's for some breakfast the drive thru was really backed up so I decided to go in 3 people were in front of me and 2 managers were were working the counter they never even noticed people were standing in line they were playing on there phone and when the guy in front of me said something they started off to him. What ever happened to customer service? I left and went to Chick Fa LLa were they care about there customers.
