Lowe's always has what I need, when I need it. I love the variety they have. The affordable prices during this pandemic-driven, inflation riddled climate has also been a plus. I have been a customer for almost a decade or more, and their prices have always been affordable -- so it's nice to see them sticking to that. Sometimes I come here just to look around! It's so peaceful, and I love the smell! The smell of fresh lumber makes me want to go home and start a DIY project or something. I enjoy each trip to Lowe's -- my low-key "secret get away"! Update: Returned the other day (August) because I had plumbing problems. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed for the job, as this had already been my SECOND TRIP in the same day. The associates were so helpful and knowledgeable -- I didn't even have to ask, they were just ready to help! I described my problem, and the man who worked there told me why it would be better to use one thing over the other for my specific problem. He even went so far as to show me what else to try, just as a back up. So I just went ahead and bought both suggestions and went home. Worked like a charm! I had never even seen or heard of the tool he turned me on to, (Toilet Auger -- EVERY PERSON WITH A TOILET IN THEIR HOUSE SHOULD KEEP ONE AT ALL TIMES! A MUST HAVE THAT WORKS LIKE MAGIC! THANKS TO WHOEVER INVENTED IT! 😁) but if that associate hadn't shared this information with me, there's no telling how much I would have ended up paying a plumber! Which would have really been a shame, because it literally took me MINUTES to solve the problem (AND I'M A FEMALE)! Lowe's, you did it again -- you saved me AND my pocket! Good looking out!

I spent $15581.00 on pvc fencing to be installed had to give a check to store immediately for the full amount to start the process. I was told the check would not be cashed until they check if all items were in stock and going to be pulled to start my install. Wrote check 4/28/22 they cashed check 5/8/22 at that time I started to call store going to store to see when they were going to install. No answers I was told they are waiting for more items to come to store so they have all the merchandise to install. At that time I asked why did you cash check if your not ready to delivery fence and schedule install no answer from store asked for store manager that was rude and gave me business card for the installation team and at that time I was asking for refund they told me I had 30 days to get refund. So I called installation team on phone thinking they would rectify my problem they were no help at all spoke to numerous installation members the only thing they all told me is I had 30 days for refund. Do right before my 30 day period I asked for refund they told me no that I only had 3 days to cancel. Long story short I ordered and paid for fence 4/28/22 they finally came to install fence 7/11/22 today is 7/14/22 the pictures up top are just 4 out of 22 pictures I could have installed the fence better myself panels going up and down like a wave in ocean gates still not put up installation foreman came by and said him self it was not a professional job and would take allot of work to correct issue. So after 3months and $15581.00 I still do not have a complete fence installed no gate and all the parts for gate are not here loss of work and income with no solution from anyone. At this time I will be contacting a attorney. And it's sad they make you check 1star to post

Best in home improvement lawn and garfen care, its the time of year, you might need yo treat your yard for rodents, insects etc, they helped me do so with house fly and wasp spray treatment thanks to ms harley in lawn and garden! Recommend Lowes hands down the best in Georgia for home improvement!

Went to return an item (I just bought the day before) after I started my return on the app (the color/quality was not to my expectations from what i looked at) and customer care/return didn’t even look at my recipe she just said she’d have to ask her manager, comes back said I can’t and I tried showing her the process was already started on my lowes app, I had to just get them the product back and finish the process in-store , still didn’t look at my recipe called her manager. Her manager came and rudely glanced at me told the lady helping me “just do the return, I don’t have time for this” Now not all were like this, I have done curbside pick up and they come out happy and excited and are super super nice….

If it weren't for Kenny and several of the other long-time employees this place would be lost. They advertise free shipping and the truck breaks down. This has happened twice...two purchases...5 years apart. What are the odds? Also, there are knowledgeable helpful people, but there are employees who know absolutely nothing about product location or use. Pallets fill the aisles most of the time. The employees are expected to work around this poor management style. My wife asked for the manager's name and was told..."His name is Greg, but we can't give you his last name." This is unheard of. When is the name of a manager of a major chain a "secret"? Does this store need a more dynamic, organized, motivated manager?
