I cannot believe I found myself here! Soon as I pulled up in the parking lot I just got a bad feeling (lesson, don't ignore that feeling again! EVER!) I saw another motorist attempting to leave only to find her vehicle disabled and they had to push her to the side and figure out what was wrong. That's when I should have left, but I didn't. I allowed this facility to ATTEMPT to do my oil change. First, they almost couldn't get the oil drain plug off, but almost don't count. He got it off and ended up having to replace it due to the level of damage it had. Second, watching one of the technicians neglect to put a new o-ring on the oil filter housing and proceeded to over torque it several times! I decided to say something. I saw the more experienced tech move into position and I watched them board the struggle bus and fail in removing the housing, ultimately leading to have to destroy it to get it off see the picture, and they had to take it off because of the missing o-ring it was leaking oil. I did get a cost discount for an almost 2.5 hour oil change ordeal, but I still had to end up paying for an overall horrible service experience. The supervisor offered to pay out of her own pocket, but I just could not allow that, but I did and still do appreciate it. I drove to this location while on vacation, and left with such a terrible experience, that there is NOTHING (short of the grace of God) that would land me back in another jiffy lube service bay! ~Stebo

Terrible service, waiting in the drive through for 35 minutes with only two cars in front of me, workers super unfriendly and seem to have major attitude. Sat at the window when it was my turn for 25 minutes! 1 hour just sitting there total! I only ordered for myself. While the workers are inside laughing. The young lady working the drive through eating chicken and sippin on the company’s time. Then leaves and goes up front and I’m still sitting here. Very unsatisfied. Such a horrible location and service! I asked for a refund after sitting for 1 hour in the drive through and I’m told they are short staff, not true. There were plenty of workers in there, just a lot of them were teen girls not wanting to work. I feel bad for the manager until she slammed the drive through windows on my face after asking for a refund. Never again! They used to be great but complete trash now. Fort Stewart is much better. ~Kayla

If it was possible to give a zero star I would’ve! I took my kitten there for her first bath since adopting her from the Humane Society. Where she was treated for fleas and everything else before I purchase her Also let it be known that she remained indoors at all times. Upon bringing her home and getting on the bed as usual I noticed something on her face & behold it was fleas everywhere on her! I was so upset when I took her into the bathroom and proceeded to wash her face and more of them dropping off from her at work body something we never endured before going here! Michael took the time to try to resolve this issue and I thank him for understanding! ~Diane

The experience I had in the store was great. I worked with Ms. Nadia over the course of a few days just trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. I ordered my daughters furniture and the overall IN STORE experience was great. Friendly and welcoming environment but the delivery and assembly on the other hand , NOT so great. They assembled but daughters bed and only used half of the hardware and the even did a make shift thing on the bottom I’m assuming because one screw was missing. They left the WHOLE MIDDLE BAR of the bed off and told my mom it wasn’t necessary (and it very much was to hold the slats up). I ordered a chair and they didn’t add the wheels . I wish I could rate the store and the delivery separately because the store 5/5 and delivery and assembly 0/5. I want to thank Nadia again for going above and beyond for fixing it for us. For her service alone is the reason I gave the 4 stars . ~Monet

CVS Pharmacy is a helpful, friendly pharmacy. You may have to wait in line, but it’s worth it. I find it easier to come inside rather than go through the drive thru because the line inside seems to move faster. Be mindful that the pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00pm every day for lunch. ~brogabe

As I entered the man with the great smile got me, I wondered what I was going to find here a great big store. We there about 11 o'clock and it was not very busy and we had time to look around. What caught my eyes was the prices, from 1to 5 dollars you can purchase from a vase yo a pack of Chips. the attendant chatted as they worked in their red Ys. At the counter we enquired about the discount card, my had had been since 2019 so I wanted to revive it, my purchase was paid for by my friend so next time am going to pay for my own purchase to revive my card. I really hate writing bad reviews but this UPS store was an absolute horror. I trusted them to ship a package in a timely manner to a customer that I was shipping to. The first problem occurred when they charged me nearly double the estimated shipping cost. I thought it was a bit too pricey for a package of action figures but I paid it regardless. The package was supposed to be on its way to Florida but instead was shipped back to me and the box damaged. I was furious but I maintained my cool and called the store. I took the package back to them and had to pay a repackaging fee so they could package it in a new box. They said the error was due to a new driver. The lady I talked to was kind enough to call corporate and ask about a refund since I was losing money. Unfortunately she could not get in touch with anyone that knew how to do refunds. They kept telling her that the office that did refunds was closed till the following Monday. Made absolutely zero sense at the time but I left my name and number and left. Now weeks later and multiple times calling, leaving messages, etc I have not heard anything back. I wish I would have went to the UPS in another city or just used the post office but hindsight is 2020 I suppose. ~Oconor316
