The young lady without a name tag that just helped send off our package needs to have a better attitude. She was rude, unfriendly and had ZERO customer service skills. Associate 149109 was the only identification I have for her, but I bet her name is KAREN.

I really hate writing bad reviews but this UPS store was an absolute horror. I trusted them to ship a package in a timely manner to a customer that I was shipping to. The first problem occurred when they charged me nearly double the estimated shipping cost. I thought it was a bit too pricey for a package of action figures but I paid it regardless. The package was supposed to be on its way to Florida but instead was shipped back to me and the box damaged. I was furious but I maintained my cool and called the store. I took the package back to them and had to pay a repackaging fee so they could package it in a new box. They said the error was due to a new driver. The lady I talked to was kind enough to call corporate and ask about a refund since I was losing money. Unfortunately she could not get in touch with anyone that knew how to do refunds. They kept telling her that the office that did refunds was closed till the following Monday. Made absolutely zero sense at the time but I left my name and number and left. Now weeks later and multiple times calling, leaving messages, etc I have not heard anything back. I wish I would have went to the UPS in another city or just used the post office but hindsight is 2020 I suppose.

The employees are just plain rude! I come in only to return Amazon items. I have been treated kindly one time out of ten over the past two years. I complain to Amazon that this store is not upholding what Amazon states on returns with them. They really can't do anything I suppose. I choose to ship anything else I need to by other routes where I am treated like a human being. This location truly is awful. Why respond if it isn't constructive? I most certainly can read and have read the policies of Amazon. I am quite aware of how to seal and label a box. I feel like you are probably the one that was rude to me. I was treated poorly again today. My husband commented that the female that scanned my returns really seemed to not like me. The fact remains that this store has poor customer service. Again, just plain rude in your response. What I want you to do is train your staff to be nice, to be kind, to not roll their eyes at people and teach them please and thank you. You say it isn't you giving poor service and being rude; then "who" are you? Providing a set time for me to call just shows you aren't there to know what goes on. I

I sent a packet of real estate papers from this store. It was a Tuesday morning about 9:30. . I explained to the employee that this was time sensitive, and I need it to be there by Friday. The employee said, ok 2 day air will definitely get it there by Thurs. I paid them $43 and left. However, i should have checked more reviews on this place , before I trusted them. The packet of papers contained a POA that was absolutely required for a real estate closing. It was not delivered on Thurs. On Friday, we drove 20 miles to the UPS shipping main garage, to locate it. It was in the facility, but had no come on time. Finally , they were able to locate it. Closing did not happen, and was delayed until monday, which caused some expenses, and some irritated people. Ok, mistakes happen. But the attitude at this store, is what is the real problem. Owners never refunded any of the payment, not even a partial refund. The owner themselves never even responded to me, until FOUR weeks, and then only because I contacted headquarters for UPS. It is rude, to just ignore people. And even worse that they had no responsibility or concern, to make this right. Don't use this store. Drive to Office depot - they ship packages, or USPS or FedEx. These people do not deserve your business

And, the Hinesville location *called* my phone and told me it was not approved--Hinesville disapproved it. Even if UPS corporate disapproves it, the local store still has ownership! Not good. The store does have control! UPS stores are franchises--so locally owned/operated. This Hinesville store isn't reputable. I've been to *MANY* other UPS stores in 20+ other states without any issues. Hinesville only. Hinesville owner...step up your store standards and practices; and, don't "lie" about "we don't have any control." You must not own the franchise if you think you can't control your customer service/policies. Follow-through on customer interests...not your own. Original Review: Horrible mailing service. On a Sunday afternoon, she was alone with a long line that seemed consistent, yet she remained professional, helpful, and courteous. I hope her employer values her. In today's world, customer service barely exists, yet this employee provided it during what seemed to be a hectic workday. Also, she was very knowledgeable.

I'd give a Zero if I could. "They called the Police and stated Theft of their items." I visited the store to send off 2 checks. Since the line was long, I grab a couple of envelopes to expedite the process of check out once at register. After waiting in line for 15 minutes (2 people ahead of me), I was informed by the Agent "We don't ship to P.O. Boxes." I asked if they didn't why is was not posted?. The Agent got really condescending in front of the other customers and told me I'd have to pay for the envelopes. I "said why? I don't need the envelopes, you haven't provided a service. I left the two $2.00 envelopes on the counter. The agent said "I'm not going to argue with you, you have to pay for the envelopes. I asked to speak to a manager. Agent said "Why, they're going to tell you the same thing". I then ask her to show me their policy having to pay for envelopes you've written on whether they provide shipping service or not. I waited for 15 minutes while they called customer after customer. They obviously were not trying to assist me at that point. I walked out as I had another errand in the plaza. I went to a store (in the plaza) and notice a "Police Car" at the UPS Store. I went back to the store to speak to the Officer. He explained to me they (the Agents at the Store) were filing "Criminal Trespass" Charges and "theft of their property". I explained to the Officer "I hadn't stolen anything." I left the envelopes on the counter "with my name and address" so their manager (whom they said they were calling) could contact me. The Officer was understanding and asked If I would pay for the envelopes and not come back to their store (at the owners request). I explained I was in the Medical field and would never treat a patient the way those 2 Agents treated me in front of other customers. I paid the $4.00 and told them they would never have to worry about me coming to that Store ever again. I'm going to let as many people know as possible to "steer clear of that place." They acted as if just because I am a person of color (African American) they could treat me any way they want and talk to me any way they felt. As for the Manager of that Store, never heard from them concerning that incident. Horrible Place!

Did everything they told me to do they can print shipping label. Said it will not come out clearly, told me to take a screenshot and send it again. Making me wait again when people are coming through. Better have everything right or they’ll push you off to the side and ignore you. I asked to log in from their computer because it was asking for my account to get to the label. Not only did they deny me which I don’t know how they would get the label in the first place if otherwise. Amazon locked me out because of them and now I have to do even more for something that could have been avoided. Hire more knowledgeable people.

I looked up if blue was appropriate for a POA and online sources stated that it washes off its legitimacy. So I asked her to please re do it. She had a terrible attitude. If you did it right the first time you wouldn’t have to be re doing your work twice Mrs jullian. Please if you are going to catch an attitude for customers who are paying for a service maybe you shouldn’t be working at UPS.

What a wonderful experience- So grateful for the help they provided this old lady. I had a Amazon return, and didn't quite understand how to get this processed. I was greeted by a very warm individual who I later found out was the owner. She was kind, and patient and made sure all my needs were met. I have never written review before and feel like this experience is worth sharing because this my overall day improved due to the kindness of another. People are so impatient these days and act poorly because of it. I have read the other reviews and can honestly my experience was delightful. Thank you UPS store. I will forever be a customer.

I was greeted by a very warm individual who I later found out was the owner. She was kind, and patient and made sure all my needs were met. I have never written review before and feel like this experience is worth sharing because this my overall day improved due to the kindness of another. People are so impatient these days and act poorly because of it. I have read the other reviews and can honestly my experience was delightful. Thank you UPS store. I will forever be a customer.
