Best shipping and mailing service in Hinesville, Georgia (GA) 2024

I really hate writing bad reviews but this UPS store was an absolute horror. I trusted them to ship a package in a timely manner to a customer that I was shipping to. The first problem occurred when they charged me nearly double the estimated shipping cost. I thought it was a bit too pricey for a package of action figures but I paid it regardless. The package was supposed to be on its way to Florida but instead was shipped back to me and the box damaged. I was furious but I maintained my cool and called the store. I took the package back to them and had to pay a repackaging fee so they could package it in a new box. They said the error was due to a new driver. The lady I talked to was kind enough to call corporate and ask about a refund since I was losing money. Unfortunately she could not get in touch with anyone that knew how to do refunds. They kept telling her that the office that did refunds was closed till the following Monday. Made absolutely zero sense at the time but I left my name and number and left. Now weeks later and multiple times calling, leaving messages, etc I have not heard anything back. I wish I would have went to the UPS in another city or just used the post office but hindsight is 2020 I suppose. ~Oconor316
