Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a grooming appointment that I made a couple weeks prior to get my little dog groomed. My husband takes her to the appointment and is told by the receptionist that even though we had an appointment at 10 am, the earliest they could groom her is 1pm. Then she tells him that if he waits 30 mins that they can my fit dog in. After waiting, he is then told that she wouldn’t be done until after 2pm. On top of the fact that the whole reason my appointment was pushed because some person who had scheduled brought 3 dogs instead of just the one they booked for, because they “paid”. As if I wasn’t going to be a paying customer with my appointment! Couldn’t even bother to call or email us to let us know. The worst part is how it was handled. Their customer service is horrendous and this situation could have been handled 100 times better if they would have just notified us prior to even getting there. Time completely wasted and just utterly disappointed.

Was okay with this place until my dog came back from getting groomed with her head permanently tilted and unable to move. She had to be put down a few days later due to her neck and back being broken.

If it was possible to give a zero star I would’ve! I took my kitten there for her first bath since adopting her from the Humane Society. Where she was treated for fleas and everything else before I purchase her Also let it be known that she remained indoors at all times. Upon bringing her home and getting on the bed as usual I noticed something on her face & behold it was fleas everywhere on her! I was so upset when I took her into the bathroom and proceeded to wash her face and more of them dropping off from her at work body something we never endured before going here! Michael took the time to try to resolve this issue and I thank him for understanding!

Am pet shopping, so my first stop is at Petsense my local neighbourhood store In Hinesville GA. Bingo you guess right. this is the people's choice I have joined the family of pet owners and frequent shoppers here at Petsense. Here I met Kelly, she needs a home and a loving family. The staff at the store was very sensitive and attentive and informative the store is very clean and beautifully arranged. And fully stocked. the attendant that I spoke to also is a pet owner. she was very helpful and very knowledgeable as I ask many questions. she had many answers, for eg the application that she quickly offered me. She introduced to me the humane society and inform me that Kelly was for adoption. The cost of adoption was $85 and 109 at I think was the cost. and some steps that would be carried out, that would qualify me for the adoption. As I settled in for the ride I learnt so much during that visit. It was indeed a life changing moment equivalent to Bringing your first baby home, it felt so emotional. Everyone has someone to love, and someone who needs that love. So today I take a closer look at animals and human beings. that love that is very different from Human beings loving one another.. If you re looking or just window shopping around Hinesville, this store is located opposite the Laundry and Auto Zone and next to Habour freight, and Citi Trend store On General Screven way in beautiful Hinesville GA Curiosity kill the cat they say. but it was not curiosity that brought me here many patrons frequent this business Products at your fingertips and prices for everyone. They are very well stock, and provide great choices, products and services many of my neighbors take their animals there. My neighbours has two adorable cats so lovable and very shy. Also up the street are many beautiful dogs. We are animals lovers, one such dog 🐕 who comes to the fence so I can talk with her Wow you have to see this. Man meets dog, so I greet you animals lovers that visiting Petsense this morning. All of you help me to make this decision to own my first Cat, my bother had this cat, he told me how he had rescued her and made her his family. I took her to FL and she ran away with her mate. I will not want that experience again and neither are you so plz note animals are neutered. . My next question is did my animal take the vaccine. These veterinarian are very busy keeping our animal happy and healthy these cat and dog owner's Saturday after Saturday walk into the store. For some is dog food, pet shopping or picking up supplies dog collars, a bed shampoo or other emergencies services A great scene, busy business and Story that has all the magic fit for a great night reading. I want to leave you with Coolbreeze and apple J from Afghanistan my future prospects This visit to Petsense has open the door for me to venture into a other 🌍 world. Google Local guide. For Petsense.

I was there many times but I stayed in front of the store. I saw many people go and come with their dogs This is a well patronize business. I was there on few Saturday. The busy day of the weekend. The moment I have my golden retriever I will want to best care for him. So am gonna trust pet sense.

The store itself is dated but the staff are friendly and their grooming salon is excellent. For the price of most things in the store, are better prices than competitors like Petco or Petsmart. It's a good stors for our dogs we have frequented often.
