My first time ever washing my dog and a wash station it made me want to purchase everything they have in place to wash my dog very easy great shampoo great conditioner the blower was even more amazing and my animal enjoyed it every second

it was stressful I went to get a dog collar and a muzzle and got no help from the employee they only have one employee behind the register and one walking around who seemed to be more concerned about stalking this woman then helping guests.

Hey Petco is great the store was an order, friendly staff, wonderful variety of pet costumes for Halloween, and excellent and fun stuff on clearance for your fur baby check them out when you get a chance!

Great store! Friendly staff. The dog wash station is great. I can get my lab in and out in 30 min, but we’re both still kinda wet on the way out. 9OCT22 update I’m taking a star away for poor management of the self bath. Staff allowed walk ins which then inconvenienced 3 people who had made appointments. Of course I was most inconvenience. Finally got in to bath 20 minutes after appointment. Maybe staff were misled, maybe they should feel empowered to turn people away.

It doesn’t stock items that I want at that particular store like the unscented litter clay. I have to go to a different store to pick up. It’s a small scale shop. Lines to checkout can get long because only one cashier. The cool thing is that they have doggie wash basins reserved for big dogs living in the city.
