I had a really bad experience there tonight. I was buying a bunch of gifts for folks. I selected chocolate-covered pretzels as a snack while I shopped. They were stale and inedible. I asked the shopkeeper if she would kindly not charge me for this item because I only a small bit and it tasted pretty disgusting. She refused, which based on my experience with buying food is a common courtesy. Not to mention, I was buying about $150 worth of other goods. Long story short, I decided to not purchase those items. Sad to have such a dreadful customer service experience at an otherwise cute shop. I will not be back.

Great place to go hunting for gifts with a good amount of variety to choose from: Candles, cocktail kits, games, puzzles, socks, candles, soaps, knick-knacks and more. Worth a stop if you're stumped on what to get someone or are just walking around the area. Warm store with friendly staff and a very cute store dog.

A cute gift shop with a warm and inviting environment. Fun cards, soaps, shirts, socks, and many more quick gifts with unique twists. Nice to visit just for fun.

I love this store so much. It is one of my favorite places to get cool gifts for just about anyone. Great candles, fun books, and the card selection never disappoints. I loved how they handled covid-19 protocol as well. We just liked going in to browse just to get out of the house but I never leave empty handed because they are always adding new stuff. It’s my favorite store in Decatur Square and locally owned!!

SQ FT is my go to place for gifts- so many fun things to choose from. And I usually always leave with something for myself 😂 Love that it’s woman owned and operated- the staff are helpful and super nice. I much prefer to support a local shop than a big box store.

I absolutely love coming to this shop! They have such a nice collection of novelty items, gifts, books, and so much more. I could spend an hour in here just browsing. The employees are sweet and I am always happy after leaving. It's a perfect place to find a gift for anyone in your life.

What a terrific store! I had no idea what to expect when I wandered in and found it to be a delight. Clothes, socks, games, great gift ideas and there is so much in this store- don’t rush! I really wish SW/FT had an online catalog since I don’t live in town... this store has so much to look at that you can for sure find something for the hard to buy for people. So much cool stuff.
