Quite literally the most immaculate store in existence. Everything is always beyond clean, the staff is always beyond friendly, and the selection is beyond expectation. Obviously this is not your cheap option for groceries etc. but the fact that there’s a Walmart across the street makes this Whole Foods a huge win and not difficult to run into for those extra healthy items on your list.

This location is really well mainted even tho they are short staffed, they offer great natural and organic products. The food bar was cold I did not enjoy it. However my wife really love the cod that you all had to offer.. Great shopping experience I would like to see more employees store looks like it's running on a skeleton crew.

Very nice. Very good. Very, VERY pricey. Who would have thought a sandwich alone could cost you a full hour of your minimum wage? You could save a couple of dollars if you're a member, but still..... There is no denying the quality of the products sold is there, especially if you are looking for a much healthier lifestyle. But if money is tight, which most of us are, this is not the place to shop - and why eating healthy can also be just as expensive.

My 15 yr old grandson grows his own veggies and he fell in love in this store. He found products he had been searching for and he said, " No more Wegman's for me grandma!!" He was utterly content in Whole foods, you all are a great inspiration to kids and adults. You have acquired 2 customers for life!! God bless you all!!

My first visit to this store was on a weekday, about 4:00PM through 5:30PM. Typically a loyal shopper at that "W" store I gave this a try. Impressions follow. The lack of diversity [stay tuned] in goods was problematic. I expected higher quality goods and I'm willing to pay the obvious higher prices, but often you're left with their store brand or nothing. Some typical items didn't seem to exist. I searched several minutes for white eggs. I couldn't find any they were all brown... ironic. I say that because despite the store being overrun with seemingly friendly employees, NONE of them were people of color. Suspicious. Do my tax dollars subsidize this too? Hey Amazon, if you get up and apply yourself maybe one day you'll get off corporate welfare. Anyway, all evening there were only a handful of customers there. More than a few looked like they hadn't seen a brown person since their grandparents bought one. Others went on mumbling about the high prices. One women exclaimed that she wanted a produce item but wasn't going to pay eight dollars... bleak, sad, bleak, sad.. and more distress. Speaking of that the produce were somewhat poor as well. I imagine with so few customers it's hard to maintain a supply of fresh goods. So I wonder where one can go in Buffalo if you have money to spend and you want to temporarily forget you're in Buffalo (the segregation, depressed wages, depleted population, etc.). Probably not here.

It was my first time in a Whole Foods store, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely friendly, upbeat, and happy to be helpful. Food selections were definitely interesting, there were quite a few ingredients that I don't often see in local grocery stores, such as dragonfruit. They had a large variety of kimchi and pickled foods, and a lot of great frozen food options like different types of frozen rice. I went there because it was a location option for returning products I bought from Amazon, and the return process was very simple. At checkout I learned that if your card is linked to Amazon Prime, you may be able to save money with discounts and sales. Great store overall. The only downside, in my opinion, was that there weren't any cart returns near the handicapped areas of the parking lot. I opted to walk mine back inside the store. Many people were leaving their carts because of the small number of cart returns.

This shop has organic, vegan, gluten free and any alternative foods you name it, they will have it. We always bring home their vegan or regular baked goods, they are truly a delight. This location offers Amazon pick up to make your shopping experience a breeze!

It’s so awesome to have a Whole Foods here in Buffalo. I don’t get to visit as often as I’d like but they have such wonderful stuff. If you have never been it’s a huge offering of healthy/ organic/ better for you food, drinks, gifts and personal care items. It’s super clean, organized and the displays are pleasing to look at. I don’t feel like I’m in a typical grocery store here, it’s more like a chic boutique that happens to have groceries. What’s also wonderful is that they have a large assortment of organic produce, meats and sustainably raised seafood. Depending on where you are living in this area a large assortment of these organic items can be difficult to find. Its convenient to have everything in a one stop shop. Also on site is a coffee bar, hot foods to go section and fresh made items including salads, sandwiches or things that are ready to heat and eat. Whole Foods also has a ton of ready made and frozen offerings that accommodate dietary restrictions. It isn’t hard to find out if something is gluten, dairy or nut free here which is helpful if you have allergies. There are also a good amount of cool specialty items that accommodate allergies, which is good to know since these items are often scarce in other stores. A lot of the products are a bit higher end so your total can add up quickly but I am always happy with the quality of the items I find here. They are happy to help you shop if you are short on time. There is a huge section for grocery pick up conveniently located at the front of the store. Most recently I picked up some organic fig spread for my charcuterie boards, heirloom truffle pipcorn and gluten free fresh fettuccini and gluten free frozen ravioli.
