I had a great experience there today. The facility was super clean. My appointment was right on time and my phlebotomist Rachel was fantastic. She was caring and went the extra mile. I had anxiety and she suggested we go in the room with the reclining chair so it would be a better experience for me. I feel like I will no longer be stressed about getting bloodwork done. I have officially made this my one stop shop liquor store. Dave and his employees are VERY nice and helpful. Every time I walk in, I am greeted and asked if help is needed. I have given this store my business for years and have always had a pleasant experience. I can understand the stress of the holidays but that is no excuse for poor customer service. My experience was so upsetting that it led me to write my first EVER online review. I left the store in tears because of a manager that refused to listen to his customer and verbally embarrassed me in front of his staff and several other customers. I have never been treated with such disrespect. This place will NEVER get my business again. ~Tanna

It was conveniently located inside the Walgreens on Harlem and Kensington and wherle in the photo dept. They were fast, and helpful with no long lines. You do need to print your packing return inside your package, ,seal the PKG and attach the return address label. You just scan and go. ~Michelle

There's only one person ever to take care of u .even if the line is long. Then they all have lunch at the same time which is dumb,because if they went one at a time every half hour they wouldn't have long lines and frustrated customers. ~Venice

Very impressed, with this local neighborhood liquor store. You can not compare this store to Premier, because Premier is such a huge retail business. But for a local neighborhood store, the selection of liquors/spirits is huge. The customer service was great, and they were very helpful. As for the prices, I found them to be reasonable. No complaints whatsoever. ~J

The prices are comparatively low,in fact very reasonable.Staff are really accommodative , and very friendly,they try to help as much by explaining how the meds are supposed to be taken. They send text alerts as soon as the prescriptions are ready. ~Peace
