Was so strange that the shelves were so bare, a large, empty store. No floor employees anywhere, no cashiers available. No bags available for purchase and the store was out of paper bags (plastic is banned there, makes sense!) I've never been in a Walmart so poorly stocked and staffed, I was shocked.

Set up like almost all other Walmart's, which made it easy and quick to find our stuff. Fairly clean and watched someone try to stuff a pallet under a shelf instead of taking off the top layer, I found to be funny 🤣.

This Walmart is getting sketchy....A lot of empty shelf and ripped open packaging. The employees seemed bothered by the customers and more interested in playing on their cell phones or standing around doing nothing and talking. Heaven forbid you ask for assistance..... usually drive to the Erie Ave Walmart just to avoid this one.

Average Walmart experience except I went during a good time frame and there was very little people there and the lines were fast moving. Best chance of that is to go before rush hours and during times people are usually busy with work

This is more of a response to the poor curbside pickup service than the store itself. I have used this service a few times, as a last resort, and the store has only gotten my order right ONCE. Today was the topper. Not only was my order not ready, but it was given to a different customer. I will give the associate credit for trying to reshop for my items. But there was still an item missing. It is problems like this that I avoid shopping at your location unless absolutely necessary. I will no longer be using this location, and I'm not even 5 minutes away.

Ordered prints of photos April 15th, still haven’t received an email to pick them up. Looked and the order is “delayed” so I called customer service BECAUSE THE STORE WONT ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER CALLING FOR 45 MINUTES and they tell me the photos were delivered to the store April 21st and they even have the name of the associate who signed for them. So apparently they lost all 65 of my photos somewhere in the store. Super cool and professional.

Do NOT use their one hour photo. I used it because I was looking for a matte print to gift my parents I'm seeing this weekend with a framed photo of me and my husband from our wedding. I received an email 30 minutes after ordering it Tuesday afternoon stating it was delayed but not for how long/why. I tried multiple times to call the 1 hour photo department Tuesday/Wednesday and no one picked up. I drove and spoke to them in person on Wednesday and was notified the printer was down and could take days to be fixed. I asked if I could return my order and they told me I could do it online however I'm trying to cancel/return my order online and it's telling me I cannot. So if you want a headache and no photo go to Walmart - if you'd actually like to buy and receive a 1 hour photo within 1 hour literally go anywhere else.

Seems like there’s a reason everything is locked up and someone is “checking” the receipts when you walk out. Purchase a $4 black light bulb and someone is apparently hurting enough to return the Great Value package with a very bright GE bulb. Like really? On top of that, the return people just seemed to throw it right back on the shelf without inspecting whatsoever. Other employees barely offer any assistance to questions and just gather together to chit chat while people are just stealing and wandering around acting up.

This Walmart is generally a good store. At times it’s a little dirty. It is the first one that got a helper. The first robot floor cleaner I have run into. 🤖
