I had a great experience there today. The facility was super clean. My appointment was right on time and my phlebotomist Rachel was fantastic. She was caring and went the extra mile. I had anxiety and she suggested we go in the room with the reclining chair so it would be a better experience for me. I feel like I will no longer be stressed about getting bloodwork done. Thank you!

I had a great experience there today. The facility was super clean. My appointment was right on time and my phlebotomist Rachel was fantastic. She was caring and went the extra mile. I gave 5 stars when it 1st opened. Now it's like all the other locations. Make appt 3 weeks in advance, arrive 10 minutes early, get in 10-15 minutes late of appt. Too bad. I have been there 2 times since my negative review and they are great.

This place is very very slow, the appointments are a joke, waiting a 1/2 hr. after appointment time, on multiple occasions. They "forgot" to do a test, so I have to go back, etc. The worst location I've been to so far.

Wonderful experience at this location! I was in and out in under 15 minutes! My phlebotomist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel a thing. I can’t remember her name but she said she’s worked for quest for 18 years! This will be my go to location.

Always have had great experience with Quest in Transit Town Plaza. When no appointments were available when needed, I tried other locations with mixed results . Noted new location at 2350 Maple Road doesn't have link to make appointments. Is it walk in only? Your phone appointment system implies early morning preference to seniors (I`m 71), yet did not ask my age beforehand! I am simply needing to make early (fasting) sequential appointments for my wife and I at the same location sometime before December 7. When I call, your computer doesn't give me the opportunity to speak to a person! Thank you, Dale Have Car-Will Travel

The Healthcare worker Honor at this location is very skilled and caring. My wife has tiny veins and she was feeling weak and anxious. Honor put her at ease and did a no pain super skilled blood drawal. We are very gracious to her professionalism

Sucks! Arrived at 10 am 3 people in waiting room and have waited an hour to be seen! WTH. There’s only two on staff, and there’re working a a glacial pace. Most of the waiting room is upset and annoyed! Never will come to this location again.
