Welcome to Wag-n-Tails! Our family owned and operated salon has been in service to our local neighbors and surrounding community since 1996 and look forward to many years ahead. My name is Shannon, I am a third generation groomer with over 10 years of experience and took over our family business in 2020. I look forward to moving our family business ahead and continue to offer quality, affordable, safe grooming for your pets while also offering something new and exciting for our clients in the future. My rescue/service dog gets nothing but the best care and after several grooming places/mobile services Wag-N-Tails is the best. I take her in and wait outside until she's brand new again and have never had a problem. Everybody that works there treats your loved one as if it's there own. There is no smoking, partying or neglect of any kind, they are all polite and professional. You can't please everyone that lives with a bad attitude. Wag-N-Tails is the best.

Our 8-month-old cockapoo just came back from Wag-N-Tails, and is she ever happy! Penny LOVES going here, always comes out so happy, so excited to show off her new haircut, pose for pictures! This is her Spring/Summer look! And I love it here too--they always take such care, not only with her thick fur (which I make sure to brush every day to eliminate that darn matting...), but they also do an excellent job with her teeth, ears and nails. I couldn't be happier with their services--and they're friendly as well!

The blonde skinny lady is so disrespectful !!!! She mistreats the dogs. Many of my friends have taken their dogs and we have all came to the same conclusion. She has no manners and is no one to be working with people. We approach her politely hoping things could be resolved without an issue and she is aggressive. She smokes in front of the animals which is completely unprofessional. Walking in there is like walking into a smoke shop. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is taking your dogs here. She doesn’t even deserve one single star if I could give less I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Unfortunately we have a horrible experience here. All I see here on her responses, are excuses for her actions. The owner or manager is very rude. NEVER going back again. And please people search for real grooming places before you traumatize your pet in this place.

AWESOME!!!!!OMG!!!!! Wag n Tails DID GREAT! I have two younger schnauzers that I am VERY overprotective of. The gals made me feel very comfortable about leaving my fur babies with them. (Their time at the groomers is the longest we’ve been apart) Not only did they do a great job grooming my babies, but also was very helpful with all of my questions about what to do at home with grooming. They were extremely polite and professional. I can not say enough good things! Thank you soooo much!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Our lab mix is 14 and this is probably the best shave down he’s ever had! We have had a rough year as a family and it showed on our poor pup. His age and anxiety have increased so much that we needed to find a place as close as possible. Shannon showed so much care for him and let me know about the process and how his hair texture can effect the length of the process so we can avoid as much anxiety as possible in the future. The price was a little higher than I have paid at other places but was exactly in the range I was quoted over the phone and well worth it for the experience, quality, and environment.

If you are looking for a reputable groomer stay far away from here. This shop will bate and switch you by telling you one price and charging way more. Then they will try to justify the price by adding additional services and fees without notification. There was no transparency on their end. There was never a breakdown in price, only an estimate that was far less than the actual price, which for me was $65-$85 per dog. We were charged $260 for two dogs. I understand Doodles are expensive and there could be extra charges for matting but to call and get a quote, verify at the groomers and have them check, and then told differently at pickup is unacceptable. It even went as far as us arguing with the owner because she stated "a Bernedoodle is not Doodle and they require a different level of care than a doodle." What does that even mean?!?! Then to add that she has clients who would GLADLY pay $200 per dog and don't even bat an eye lash. That was kind of insulting. Everyone's circumstances are different and if the situation had been handled differently we probably would of just kept looking for a groomer who was more in our price range and that was transparent. The quality of the groom was adequate but not outstanding. One Dog got a scissor cut, that was not asked for, and the legs did not match. We were blamed that our other dog had a "huge chunk of hair missing" around the mouth. Honestly, I feel the groomer messed up and wouldn't take responsibility. Regardless to say we will never return or recommend this place to anyone.
