Pizza Hut in Ruckersville va cancelled my order without my permission or knowledge. When I enquired about where my order was she said it was cancelled and I asked why and how she could do that and she replied because she felt like it. That will be the last time I ordered from that location. I had no problem with dominos taking my money or delivering my food.

Same complaints as all the other reviews. It was so under cooked that the entire middle was almost raw dough. There was way too many toppings so they did not cook evenly ( just got a supreme, nothing custom) Pizza was room temp at best and we live within a 5 min drive of the store. Delivery was 20 Min later than estimated. This was the second order from this place with similar issues. I know it's fast food pizza, but this was bad and to top it off there was no resolution from it even after contacting Pizza hut themselves. Dominoes is light years better, I'll drive for it or heck even order form Vinny's a little more money but much better pizza. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered online for delivery but then the driver was unavailable so I had to go pick up my order. Also, there were no breadsticks so that had to be removed from my order and then they also accidentally deleted my order of chicken wings so I had to drive back to the store for that part of my order too. I tried calling the store over and over and it just rang busy every time.

You either need to change the way you send a pasta order or make sure the driver knows what they are delivering. I could already see the drink order was wrong so I questioned the pizza box when I had ordered pasta. I was not rude unlike the delivery person who whined about having there car running while I was trying to call the office and then kept telling me I did not order pasta, that it was not on the receipt when it clearly was. Will not be ordering again anytime soon.

I have been to this location multiple times and have been disappointed over and over. It is a hit or miss on service and food quality. My order did not include $5 worth of food and was the second time my delivery has been terrible recently. The only offer they had was for me to wait for their driver to bring me the missed items or take a store credit(no refund for missed items because obviously this was my fault). The first time I talked with corporate they gave me a store credit. Since when does a store credit consitute not receiving items youve paid for. Now, I get store credit to spend at your store even though it was your mistake not mine? I do not want to spend money at this location nor would I ever recommend this location. Dominos in close proximity to this location is courteous, food quality is great, and have never had a bad experience with them. Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision in ordering from pizza hut thinkning that competition would make them provide satisfactory customer service or even food quality. God forbid a location respect and strive to please their customers. I would highly(again) not recommned this location. PS. corporate Pizza Hut do not call me and offer me in store credit like last time. I am not interested, Dominos out performs this location 10 to 1. Highly recommend Dominos, and thank you to the local owner who is providing great food, delivery, customer service, and a proper pizza experience.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, cheese sticks, and 4 drinks. After the expected delivery time passed (by 20 minutes) we attempted to call the store to find out where our order was. The calls were redirected to a general pizza hut press button menu. After the 3rd attempted call, we decided to choose the make an order option. It directed us to a person who was able to look up my order and when it was placed. Outside of receiving the address and phone number of the store our order was sent to, the person on the other line made note that the general manager would be calling soon and to see what the issue was with our order. After about another 30 minutes waiting for a phone call, we drove to the store. In a spool of misunderstanding and ignorance, we finally got our pizza (cold) and 3 hours after we ordered it. Like most people, I love stuff crust but it wasn’t worth the time or lack of effort from this location. 1/10 do not recommend. Choose a different location or order local pizzeria pizza.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, cheesesticks and a drink. Went to the store to pick them up and was greeted as soon as we walked in. Our food was just coming out of the oven and it tasted great. Special thanks to Heather and Tim whom were very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Pay more attention to specific order requests. Such as LIGHT SAUCE instead of regular sauce. Also, on my last order, one item I ordered was the mix n match pasta. My order was not correct. Both pastas were the chicken instead of what I ordered.

If you wanna call this food, by all means order “pizza” from here. There was about 8 cups of sauce on it and it was not cooked through, as many other reviews here say. Maybe get a timer guys. Seriously. I just wanted to enjoy a pizza with my husband and our night was ruined. After 6 days of negotiations trying to get a refund I settled for store credit at the superior location in Charlottesville. They wouldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t bring in the pizza that I had thrown away 4 DAYS before finally reaching a manager. None of the other 4 people I talked to told me I had to bring in the pizza to get a refund. Check your pizza before you leave the store so you don’t get totally ripped off. If you discover it’s raw when you try it at home like countless others before me, bring it in so you can get the refund. Worst experience at a chain ever. Corporate was no help either.
