The lobby was closed due to lack of staff. Drive thru was at a stand still. Did not eat. I really wanted a chicken leg. Not today

Really fast service and friendly people had no problems other than them being sold out of all the cravings boxes Parking: Tons of parking tons Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking and both side of building are wheelchair accessible

I have been calling for 3 days now. The wrong over fried chicken was given to us and a manager or owner will jot return our calls.... it's been 3 days already. Charlottesville kfc has even tried to help with no response. This is the dried up chicken wings we received. A 12 piece bucket came with an 18 piece.... I'm sure it's because they knew it was small, dried up, and trash.

Food was awesome, it is the Colonel's fried chicken, extra crispy, what is not too like. It is a dual restaurant that serving both KFC and Taco Bell; so you can order form both menus which is aplus when someone does not like fried chicken but loves Taco Bell, like in my family. The employees were very nice and the inside restaurant was exceptionally clean when we dined in.

I drove an hour to KFC and they would sign up saying that they close earlier now because of staffing issues. Here kfc, have my one star. I don't blame the staffing issues. I blame kfc. Never coming here again.

Original chicken was good but my fries were horrible. Fries were overcooked, dry and hard. Service was quick and customer service pleasant.

I was happy to see KFC on my way back to Washington, DC on that side of the rode. Very disappointed in the taste and quality of the chicken and biscuits. The chicken was salty and the biscuits were doughy inside. I wish I had parked and eaten on the lot, because I would have taken it back waste of money!

I wouldn't give it even 1 start if it was up to me. It was an awful experience. 20 mins to get the order. There was a mouse running around behind the counter. There was a exposed moldy wall and water leaking in around an electrical box in the play area
