Fantastic and friendly staff, great food, clean restaurant. 10/10 would recommend! Can get busy, and the parking lot is small but if you have patience the reward is worth it.

We ordered a large amount of Chick-Fil-A catering for our office party. My only complaint was that the catering wasn’t ready when I arrived. As far as I could tell, they assembled the trays when I arrived. This caused me to be 20 minutes late to the event. The food was great and the people working were so kind, as usual! We love Chick-Fil-A.

Made us wait for quite a while to get food. 8 cars after us were served... The guy who brought us our food had no explanation whether it was something that we ordered, "sometimes the kitchen is running behind". Root beer option was not advertised. But have to give them props for switching the drink to root beer at the serving window and very pleasant staff.

All chick fil a that I have eaten at, the employees are always polite, friendly and helpful. This one is as expected. The waffle fries were on the softer side, but still go. Going to eat the Cobb salad. Expecting to be as yummy as all the ones I have eaten.

I was so excited for my milkshake, but when I got home, the bottom of the cup broke open spilling it all over my floor... This has never happened to me before, I'm so upset... I really wanted this and am too tired to go out and get another... Maybe a new non breakable cup should be used for the heavier drinks.

I've been to this location a handful of times with my wife and son and I'm always fascinated by how the place is teeming with some of the friendliest and most charismatic staff. I wish I could drop names, but it's been too long since I last visited to recall any names. One time I recall it was shortly after breakfast had ended so only lunch/dinner cuisine was being served, and the young man working register knew I was interested in having eggs, and without me asking, nor any hesitation he gave me a free* hot breakfast burrito leftover from the morning rush. That kind of service and commitment to customer satisfaction was so refreshing its been weeks since the fact but the act of kindness will forever stay with me. The young man is bilingual if I'm not mistaken, has tattoos on his forearms and I wish I could remember his name. I have spoken to others about his exceptional kindness and I hope he is identified by management and given recognition for his commitment to going above and beyond. I will recommend this establishment for its unmatched service and marvelous quality of chicken :)

I have a lot of pros to say about this place but there are a few cons that holds me back from giving it a full rating. I've been to several Chick-Fil-As and this isn't one of the best ones. I love getting their Grilled Club meal and the employees do their job efficiently. Pro: 1) Their service is generally fast. I've tried out every ordering methods such as Walk-In, Drive-Thru, Mobile Order, etc. I would say that the Drive-Thru is the fastest order you can make unless it is busy there. Other order methods will have you wait around 10 minutes for your food to be ready. However, if you use Mobile Order in a DRIVE-THRU, it's kind of confusing because after you establish your order on your phone, the screen shows that your order is received, but doesn't notify you if your order is ready yet unless you get in the Drive-Thru line. Con: One of their supervisors make the customer service less enjoyable. I won't name them due to privacy, but she is dressed differently unlike other workers that wear red tops. Almost everyone that works here are greeting and smiling every time they deliver food to the customers except the supervisor. She doesn't really smile when calling out orders and I've also witnessed her slamming the food bags down on the counter because it seems she's in a hurry or frustrated or maybe both. Whatever the reason may be, it takes the quality away because the foods can be all scattered inside the bag that's been slammed down and makes it un-enjoyable.

I really don't like to give such a low review to my favorite chain, but every time at this location I have a problem that results in me leaving frustrated and feeling like the chain is lost without Mr.Truett. From down right poor customer service, constantly messing up my order, having to argue with the window people over what I really ordered and what they gave me, being ignored while 11 employees behind the counter chitchat and cut up, ect. This location could use some better training for its employees, especially the managers. Weak managers equals a weak team. And when did the chicken nuggets become the chicken biscuits standard.
