it has its own personality. Some special products, some Italian cheese, some good quality oil... Store is not big and sometimes there is no choice, but in general you can find a lot of good food. I have been going to Massage Envy for over 7 years now and my experience has always been exceptional. I have exclusively been to the Burke location but have been to other locations while on business travel. There was even a time a few years back where my family and I moved to Northern California and I went to a few locations in the Silicon Valley area. My experience has never changed no matter which location I used, service has always been spectacular and the facilities are clean and well kept. The massage therapists are well trained and know how to make you feel relaxed. ~Mark

I don’t even know where to begin raving about this business! Susan, the owner, worked on my hair, and the services I received were a haircut, blow dry, and flat iron. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a lot of professionalism, timeliness, and excellent service overall! I've generally had good experiences at this location over the last year, but unfortunately I can only leave a 3 star review after the haircut I got this evening. After over an hour to do a basic high and tight the stylist was still unable to get both sides even, in spite of the fact I asked her to fix it and explained my concern 5 or 6 times. The left side of the fade extends easily half an inch farther down than the right. Much of the rest of the cut is uneven. I eventually gave up just to get out of there and will have to get my hair fixed somewhere else. Extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Service: Hairstyling ~Michael

April 25, 2022 - I came in to get a broken nail fixed and acrylic fill. Amy was absolutely wonderful and she was meticulous with her attention to detail. Definitely coming back for her! All chick fil a that I have eaten at, the employees are always polite, friendly and helpful. This one is as expected. The waffle fries were on the softer side, but still go. Going to eat the Cobb salad. Expecting to be as yummy as all the ones I have eaten. ~Tilly

On Saturday, July 31, I went to the salon in the morning. Everything was going well, a young woman was doing my toe nails and suddenly I began to hear an argument between the workers. I didn't really understand what was going on, other than the fact that they spoke their language and as a foreigner I totally respect that they communicate in a different language. However, I felt very uncomfortable because one of the technicians had a terrible attitude and I felt that she was giving me a bad look. When it was time to do my hand nails, the woman who was arguing and looking at me uncomfortable told me that she would do my nails. I was completely confused and uncomfortable because I didn't want her to do it. By the way, her name was Mary. She started doing my nails and she was very ROUGH. I had to ask her to be more delicate. She file too much around the nails and it made me feel a lot of pain. I realized that Mary was in a hurry as when one of her clients arrived, she stood up while finishing the manicure and welcomed her client. She also was giving me some “massages” that I felt like she wanted to take my arm off me. I have been going to this place for almost a year and I am really very disappointed, nobody gave me a solution to this problem. I paid for the whole service and another technician recommended using pain creams. It's been three days and my nails still hurt. ~Steph
