It was rushed (maybe a five minute haircut) I asked if they knew what a taper or fade was, said yes to both and just even stevened me fast. The haircut is ugly the shapeup is not round and 24$ is too much for the service. Definitely didn't leave a tip. Do not waste your time at this location. Service: Haircut

I've generally had good experiences at this location over the last year, but unfortunately I can only leave a 3 star review after the haircut I got this evening. After over an hour to do a basic high and tight the stylist was still unable to get both sides even, in spite of the fact I asked her to fix it and explained my concern 5 or 6 times. The left side of the fade extends easily half an inch farther down than the right. Much of the rest of the cut is uneven. I eventually gave up just to get out of there and will have to get my hair fixed somewhere else. Extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Service: Hairstyling

I’ve had several unhappy experiences with different HairCutteries over the years so I ended up spending hundreds of dollars at so called up-scale shops and usually but not always with better results. This time, (resenting all the money I’d spent) I was referred to Lynn at Burke’s shop. I explained what I wanted, she asked specific questions, took her time and I LOVE the haircut and style she did!! Just a simple stylish bob with some long layers cut in for movement. Perfection!! Thanks Kathy for pointing me to Lynn. She did a great job, was sweet but didn’t talk my head off 🤣. My family thinks I’m picky about my hair so they say a compliment from me is rare. Try Lynn! Made the mistake of bringing my 2 yr old in for a hair cut since the barber next door was closed. The receptionist said he needs to wear a mask even though sign on door says not required. Tried telling her we- both Dad and I are fully vaccinated but son isn’t able to tolerate wearing a mask since he has ASD. I understand every store/company has their own policy & we’re not against masks, but they could have done this in more courteous and professional manner instead of snickering & rolling their eyes. Will stick with the barber next door.

I had ,in November, a decent experience-Ms.Lynn had my hair dyed.I returned for a hair cut on 02.12.21 and after my hair was washed and cut I was expecting for my hair to be dried .Guess what ?!I was told by Ms.Lynn that I asked only for a “hair cut, I didn’t specify when I did my appointment that I need my hair to be dried as well.And that she didn’t include in the hair cut session the time for a hair dry”(to quote ).It is the first time in my life when I hear that you to request the dry hair when you schedule a hair cut (in order to actually get one). I left the place with my hair wet, hair over my face (not to mention the freezing temperatures from outside). It would have taken 5 minutes to dry my hair (it is a short Bob hair cut). I also have to double check -I think I payed $27-if this price includes the hair dry I never got. Back in November my hair was dried after I had it washed (after it had colored ).I didn’t specifically requested to be dried)-I was wondering what would have been the difference now? The hair cut was nice and Ms.Lynn is a nice lady, but the experience was bitter .Disappointed. Not sure if I return. Thank you!

My husband came in requesting for his long hair length to be kept but to trim the side so that it’s not unkept looking. The stylist he got did not listen to one word he said and cut off inches of his hair. It’s bad enough that the hair cut did not fit what the customer ask but the style was so ugly it aged my husband 16 years. Who cuts hair without listening to their customer? Apparently hair cuttery stylists do. If you want a bad hair cut.... do stop by. It won’t disappoint. Service: Hairstyling

I’m here right now and so upset with the service that just happened. I came in showed picture of what my son wanted to have done. He wanted it cut and highlights done and to have his hair blue . The manager said sure . Also let me say that my son never gets to go out with me and never does anything for himself so he was very excited to be able to have a fun time and have this done. They did not have blue so we were told to go down a couple store and buy blue at Sally’s. I did . Then the manager said the the nice lady who was doing my sons hair that it would be 20 dollars more if they put that blue in. I said no problem at all. Then when she went back to get his hair washed and was laying down with foil in his head and staring to get it washed another lady( person who works there) ran over to her and my said and said you can’t wash his hair in that spot . Took her shampoo that she had moved it and said again you can’t be in that spot and made my son and the nice lady cutting taking care of him get up to move 2 sinks down! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing . She was loud and embarrassing to many in the place. Then after he was washed they came back in the chair. The lady doing my sons hair was about to put the color blue on and the Same rude person working there said no no no and went to another lady working at this place. Then the lady who said she is the owner said she could t put it in his hair and kept repeating loudly 4 times no we cannot because we don’t know this semi color and only can use ours. I said ok that’s fine no big deal. Then she said it like 4 more times so loud that everyone was starring at this point and the lady working on my child looked so upset that she was getting blamed and felt so bad . I told the so called owner stop I said it’s fine and no big deal so please stop it’s not her fault she was told it was okay. You are being so unprofessional and so is this other lady moving my kid two sinks down in the middle of washing his hair for no reason! Nobody was using the sinks! Also if I said it’s no big deal you don’t have to be so loud and keep repeating yourself to make us so uncomfortable in front of everyone. My son even got tears eyed how uncomfortable it got. Also it wasn’t the ladies fault doing my kids hair ! She asked the manager and she said it was okay to use the blue as long as you Charge another 20 dollars. How unprofessional it was handled !!! Tracy was amazing though and very professional through all of it ! She was the one who did my sons hair. His cut was the best cut he has ever had from anyone at any place. This is the first time my son spoke out to say his haircut is exactly what he wanted and it was right! I give Tracy 10 stars for awesomeness on being professional and the haircut! Unfortunately I have to give the so called owner of the day and the very unprofessional person named Jenny a negative 10 stars. Seriously who does that !!!!!

Good service, though it seemed like there was some new staff recently and they were being trained up. Has a neighborhood feel to it. Seems like people find the person that cuts their hair best and sticks with them. The person cutting my hair didn't stop until she knew I was satisfied. I'll go back.

Well, I just had to spend 300 dollars on a color correction at another because the woman who did my hair messed up to terribly. She didn't listen to a word I said, i asked for dark caramel blended highlights and she gave me bleach blonde, chunky streaks. There were a ton of color bleeds EVERYWHERE and then when she went tone the highlights, she missed half of them and said "but it's fine you cant tell." You would think a simple highlight job would be something any certified hair stylist can do.
