Katia gave me exceptional customer service today. My old phone died, I went to the store and Katia saved the day. She saved my contacts and photos. She was patient and tried multiple approaches as she solved my problem. I left the store as a very satisfied customer. Great work.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing time. Kitia ther member rep showed soo much hatred for coming late. She didn't feel like helping me upgrade my phone, wouldn't engage me, in fact she even locked the door 10 minutes before closing time. I ask her why is she given me an attitude like I've offended her. She said and I quote "we're closed" If she had helped me picked it would've only taken her less time. She talking to me while she's playing with her dog. Don't waste your time going there for any help, just go somewhere else.

WORST METRO BY TMOBILE IN FAIRFAX ALL OF THERE REPS NEED TO BE RETRAIN AS WELL AS MANAGEMENT ALL OF THERE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE SELF WRITTING BY THE REPS SO DONT BELIEVE THEM I HAVE REPORT THE LITTLE FEMALE REP MULTIPLE TIMES TO CORP AND THEY STILL HAVENT REMOVED HER FROM HER POSITION SHE IS VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMER AND SHE THINKS SHE KNOW EVERY SO TO HER SHE IS ALWAYS RIGHT. HER NAME IS KATIA SO IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW YOULL KNOW IS NOT SELF WRITTING JUST A ANGRY CUSTOMER THAT DID NOT GET ANY HELP AT ALL AND THERE HRS ARE NOT AS THEY ARE PLACED THEY OPEN AND CLOSE WHEN THEY WANT AND WHAT KIND OF STORE DOESNT TAKE CARD PAYMENTS????

Sold me used phone then told me to get insurance to get New phone for free. She tries to scam people so she can make money. Don't believe fake reviews below with no comments. Could be self reviews from store owner.

The worst customer service ever. They sold me a charger that did not work for my phone, although the guy with glasses promised it would work. It did not! Then when I went back I spoke with a woman(idiot) so called manager who called the other employee and asked him what to tell me in spanish(I'm bilingual but they did not know). She said they sell third party equipment so may not work. they refused to refund my money or provide a charger that would work. Long story short, don't waste your time their at all!!! GO TO A REAL METRO PCS STORE WHERE IF THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB, YOU CAN GET A REFUND. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN AND BOTH THE REP WITH GLASSES AND THE STUCK UP "MANAGER" SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

Stopped by this location on a few occasions and have always exceptional customer service. Yessica and Chris are both very knowledgeable about their product. The store is clean and tidy. They aren't pushy sales people they are there to help you stay in contact with the world if needed. I was able to give an amount that I wanted to spend....... and got a fly phone and case for LESS! Definitely my go to METRO PCS STORE!
