Best cell phone store in Fairfax, Virginia (VA) 2024

Katia gave me exceptional customer service today. My old phone died, I went to the store and Katia saved the day. She saved my contacts and photos. She was patient and tried multiple approaches as she solved my problem. I left the store as a very satisfied customer. Great work. ~Jeff

I upgraded my phone device and new device was a cheap samsung 5G Device but was not catching up signals at location where I lived in, While my other phones were working fine. I went to store to replace / return it but they said they can not exchange an upgraded phone. Complete waste of money I paid $227.00. So I need to trash it. You get a faulty phone and thats it , no return or exchange?. No morality left in business practices. feeling being cheated! ~ahmed

Walk-in service and Anita and Guy were fantastic getting me an upgraded phone, with all the correct accessories. Even stayed later than normal as it took extra time to move my data. Great Service - Thank you ~Mick
