Seriously what would I have done if Booduh was not there to assist me! He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed with my service. His attention to details surpassed my expectations compared to my experiences at other retailers. He told me he was new to the company which I would've never guessed! I got IPhone 13 from this store on Black Friday. Switched from AT&T. First of all Verizon gonna put lots of hidden fee’s. Networking sucks AT&T had better networking. In 4th month I paid 267$ “fee”, 3rd month they charged 140$, lots of hidden fee’s. The best option is to buy phone cash and easy to switch to other provider!

I have to change my earlier review of five stars. Von did not show up for our follow up appointment to finish setting up my new phone. He also didn’t do the payment right and lied about not being able to turn in my old phone for a credit. When I showed up for the appointment Ali was there instead. He told me that he didn’t make the sale do he wasn’t going to do the work! He actually said that! He was really rude! I’ll never go back!

I cannot emphasize enough how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful Hunter B. was at this location. Incredibly polite when we came in with a rambunctious toddler, knew every possible solution on how to approach the problem I need support with, and advised me on how to do it best. Easily the best Verizon support experience I’ve had all my trips to a retailer.
