For some reason, my script was called in, yet this didn't show up in my Walgreens app. Then after waiting in line, I was asked for my insurance card for it to be ran at the window. This is the first time in years I have dealt with this at a Walgreens. This pharmacy appears to be very busy and slightly disorganized.

Used to be the best pharmacy in town but recently went way down hill. Sometimes you will be on hold indefinitely when you call, other times the wait can be 30 minutes to an hour. Worst of all, the pharmacy staff seem to be extremely impolite and cold, almost annoyed when you finally reach them. Wait times in the store are no better. Staff told me today at noon that my prescription would be ready that same afternoon. Over seven hours later, I headed down to pick it up at 7:30 pm but was told ‘30 minutes’. That means they did nothing with it when I called much earlier, so I had to go back home and pick up tomorrow. As a combat wounded Marine who takes certain medications to stay mobile, I left empty handed, severely disappointed, and in serious pain tonight. Time to find a new pharmacy. I suggest you do as well. Just not the Walgreens in Centreville.

I visited this store to get difference in the price paid for an item which was on sale but charged in full. Henry, supposedly the pharmacy supervisor the one who helped me. He was very rude and talked over me as I was trying to explain what happened and figure out the price difference. Annoyed, I told him I was still talking and that he didnt seem to care about what I was saying. He had the nerve to say I shouldn't talk to him that way. I reminded him HE interrupted me and his excuse was he was "doing the math". I told him he shouldn't be treating me this way since I'm the customer. Only then did he change his tone. Supervisors should lead by example and not act like they are above the rest. He needs to get a refresher course on how to trat the public.

I have been loyal to this store and pharmacy for more than 10 years even though my insurance wants me to use CVS. Recently, they have been no better! I have waited on hold for more than 30 minutes, only to be replaced in n hold repeatedly! I realize they are busy and most likely short staffed but, this is a management problem, and shouldn’t be a customer issue. I have also been 2 recent occasions that medications have cost far more than they have in months past only to find out they weren’t run through insurance or coupons used. Other medications picked up at the same time were processed correctly. This is something that should be caught, just like not making a medication error. Being short staffed brings into question whether mistakes could be made. Management needs more involvement and they should be providing surveys for customer service is being met. Very disgruntled!

Worst pharmacy in the area, they are rude dont care about customers. My son and I had a covid shot appointment at 12pm, it was 12:45pm and nobody was helping. I asked if someone would help me.. then they responded they were busy.There was an Asian nurse and the other looks like Latina, I asked them what was the point of the appointment if they don't follow and respect customers time. When I said that the Asian woman got up, put gloves on and came to the room, she called my son's name and slammed the door on me. Didn't let me go in, they decided not to put my shot because heart problems or high blood pressuare is not a risk to get a booster. The appointment was Saturday June 11th at 12:00pm. So disappointed, will never come back here again no even to buy.

Worse customer service. I visited Walgreens twice and when I asked the employees to show me the item I’m looking for, they get mad and show attitude. My last visit the employee was on his phone texting and when I asked him to show me the item he didn’t care and continue texting on his phone. I will never go back to Walgreens any more. CVS has much better customer service

Worst customer service and slowest pharmacy ever. Had a vaccine appointment scheduled and instead of having a separate check in line like other efficient pharmacies, they make you wait in the same line as everyone else, just to make you wait in line all over again after filling out a form. And after all that which took about 20 min, I had to wait an additional 20 min to finally get my shot, 40 min after my scheduled appt! And this was with a wide open schedule when I booked right before. I’d hate to see how long the wait would’ve been with a full schedule. 🤦🏻♀️

Way better than the CVS just down the road. The pharmacy staff were professional and courteous when I stopped through. A week later I get a call from the pharmacy staff asking if the new medication I was on was working for me or if I had any problems or concerns. Unexpected, but appreciated! Will definitely be going here from now on.

excellent customer service provided by Leo (Pharmacy Tech) and Sandy (Pharmacy manager) during my visit for flu shot. I am a regular customer here, I like the store as its alway clean, neat and spotless. Staff is always willing to help. overall very happy to have this Walgreens near my home.
