I contacted these movers last month (July 2022) for my move and I told them a church would be sending them a check for $500 and I am still waiting to be credited for this amount. It's been a month. I paid them over $1,000 and I know I was overcharged. Moving is stressful and this company made it even worse. I have had to contact them weekly and I still haven't gotten my money back. I am very unhappy with their services and I will be filling a complaint and pursuing legal action. I'm warning you don't use them! ~Essence

We have moved many, many times and this was the most seamless experience we’ve had - enough for me to leave a review which I rarely do. We had a local move today and the Magic Movers team was awesome. I’m 8 months pregnant so I was especially hoping for an easy experience. 3 men met me at our storage unit that had stuff from our previous 3 br home. They were done loading in a little over an hour and then finished unloading in another 2.5. Phil managed everything wonderfully and George and our other mover (name is escaping me) worked hard. Not only did these guys move fast in August heat, they took excellent care of our stuff. They were good problem solvers and had good training for moving. They are kind and personable and had a great attitude. Finally, the rate they gave us was by far the best quote we got which I just really can’t say how much I appreciate because everything that comes with a move and a baby on the way can really eat at you budget wise. They even made sure to let us know ways we could save a bit during the initial booking process. Thank you Magic Movers! You will be the first moving company we use again. ~Kendall

I recently used The Phoenix Movers and my experience was great. The process of moving is never easy. But, this company definitely made it as smooth as possible. They answered all my questions (I had a lot), showed up on time, and moved everything much faster than expected. They were fully equipped with everything needed. Most importantly nothing was damaged in the process. The price is very competitive and less than most places. I Highly recommend them! ~Sanaz

Don’t touch anything that man will constantly Accuse u of stealing if something if anyone moved it doesn’t matter if you moved it or not the blame will be placed on u and you’ll be singled out he has done it to multiple co workers and associates that I know ~Bri

I have been loyal to this store and pharmacy for more than 10 years even though my insurance wants me to use CVS. Recently, they have been no better! I have waited on hold for more than 30 minutes, only to be replaced in n hold repeatedly! I realize they are busy and most likely short staffed but, this is a management problem, and shouldn’t be a customer issue. I have also been 2 recent occasions that medications have cost far more than they have in months past only to find out they weren’t run through insurance or coupons used. Other medications picked up at the same time were processed correctly. This is something that should be caught, just like not making a medication error. Being short staffed brings into question whether mistakes could be made. Management needs more involvement and they should be providing surveys for customer service is being met. Very disgruntled! ~Karen

I visited for a passport photo. The employee, Manika, was rude and rushed. She barked orders at me regarding my appearance for the photo, claiming they were DoS requirements, which simply was not true. The photo she took was awful. She was shorter than I am, so the photo is taken at a slight upwards angle, she cropped some of my hair out of it so it doesn't look like me, etc. It was such a bad experience that I bit the bullet and went to CVS next door and bought a better picture with an overall better experience. ~Allison
Sport Clips Haircuts of Centreville
Just stopped by to get a quick trim for my son, and he unfortunately got one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen by Ruth Rivas. She took huge uneven chunks out of his hair (first two pictures). I literally took him back into this Sports Clip location in Centreville to fix it because that is how she thought was a finished haircut. I’m truly amazed that this was a trained professional cutting hair. Update: The second two pictures are after she “tried” to fix it. The fade looks just as bad, but higher. Don’t say I didn’t warn you… ~Johnathan

The initial visit was ok. Minus trying to sell me their cases etc for a phone that lasted 4 days. Last review is correct. BE CAREFUL!! It doesn't matter if the phone you buy dies an hour later.....they will not replace it. They will have you contact manufacturer no matter what. That leaves you helpless. Call with what??!!! My dead phone I was told was so great. Be up front with people before they buy your phone's. Let them know straight up. Leave, if it dies though and its no fault of yours............ you are SOL. Sucks ~David
Brick's Pizza
I've eaten a lot of New York Style pizza and Brick's is some of the best you can get in this region hands down. You can tell all the ingredients are all of exceptional quality from the toppings down to the crust and the sauce is really something special. Also, they are a small local pizza joint that serves and supports the local neighborhood! ~Trevor

Tharindu was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient helping my husband and I pick out our new mattress. He greeted us at as soon as we walked in, helped us determine the best mattress for us, and then patiently and knowledgeably showed us the options to fit our needs. The entire transaction took less than an hour! We are very happy with everything! ~Susie
