Just stopped by to get a quick trim for my son, and he unfortunately got one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen by Ruth Rivas. She took huge uneven chunks out of his hair (first two pictures). I literally took him back into this Sports Clip location in Centreville to fix it because that is how she thought was a finished haircut. I’m truly amazed that this was a trained professional cutting hair. Update: The second two pictures are after she “tried” to fix it. The fade looks just as bad, but higher. Don’t say I didn’t warn you…

Staff are very nice, waiting area is small and comfortable with electronic sign in and they have a punch card which allows you a free haircut after 10 uses. If you lose the card you have to start from scratch (this should be changed); The shampoo area has a vibrational massage device.

Don't believe the "No Wait" sign. I waited over an hour. Only 1 young lady cutting hair - she's good and has done my hair several times. Just be prepared, they're having staffing challenges.

I had a great experience getting a ”MVP treatment" with Nilda. She took her time doing a great job. In the past I've been to another Sport Clips locally, and I certainly did not get the same exceptional service. Muchisimas gracias Nilda.

I have been multiple times and my haircut is usually pretty good. There may have been one time where I didn't like how they styled my hair, but I really don't stress out over it much. However, today was unusual, 8th of May 2017. I came in after work and I was brought right back to get my hair cut. Everything was going well, then one of the employees left for the day and the other two employees starting gossiping about their coworker who just left. I understand some colleagues can be hard to work with, but this conversation should have taken place elsewhere or not at all. I as a customer felt uncomfortable with the situation and wanted to leave as soon as my hair was done.

While I used to be a loyal customer for years, I haven't been back here in many months. The service has been steadily going downhill, and the quality of my hair cuts have drastically worsened. This location seems to have problems attracting and retaining skilled stylists. I've since moved on to a professional stylist that a pay only a few dollars more to get a truly outstanding haircut. While you'll still get a decent haircut, it's just way too over priced for the quality you get. You can get a comparable experience at Hair Cuttery or Super Cuts.

This place was awesome! From the theming to the TVs playing sports. The MVP service was exceptional at $23 (18 for new customers) you get a haircut, shampoo and condition with a head massage while the chair gives you a massage, a steam towel to the face and face massage, and finally a shoulder massage with the machine. Over all great experience! But To be cut throat honest, although the service was great, the haircut was less then perfect, i think if they focused more on cutting the hair instead of focusing on all the services they would've earned 5 stars from me. I'll definitely be back and try a new barber.
