Have used this moving company 3x for moves throughout Arlington over the course of 10 years. We've hired them to load a rental truck twice, and used them for a cross town move. Everytime they've been responsive, on time, and the crew works hard. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I recently used The Phoenix Movers and my experience was great. The process of moving is never easy. But, this company definitely made it as smooth as possible. They answered all my questions (I had a lot), showed up on time, and moved everything much faster than expected. They were fully equipped with everything needed. Most importantly nothing was damaged in the process. The price is very competitive and less than most places. I Highly recommend them!

We used The Phoenix Movers for our recent move from a 3-story townhouse to a single family home, and couldn’t be happier with the decision. The guys were fast, friendly, efficient, and affordable, and they didn’t damage any of our furniture. They also disassembled and reassembled the beds, which I found some movers were unwilling to do while gathering quotes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move!

We moved from a TH to a SFH and we have A LOT of stuff. The movers came on a Sunday (which apparently not all moving companies will do) and spent almost 11 hours moving our townhouse and two 10x15 storage units which were stuffed to the gills with bins and boxes. The movers did a great job disassembling all the beds and tables and then put them back together. They moved everything into the new house and put stuff in the rooms where we asked them to put it (my last move it was just dumped in the living room). I have heard horror stories about moving companies an these guys were great. Highly recommend.

The crew was super helpful with my 1 bedroom move. Super fast with loading and unloading, they got here on time, and they communicated with me spectacularly throughout the move. They also helped me move some large trash to the dumpster in my apartment building and wrapped my TV since I wasn't able to box it up. The service when I called them prior to the move was also professional; they answered my questions and concerns clearly and they communicated with me to confirm the reservation the day before the move. My move was Feb 15, 2020. I was dreading it, and had never used a moving service. Although I was moving a "junior studio" apartment, it sure seemed like I had a lot. Raul and his coworker showed up and made me feel assured that it wouldn't be hard. They wrapped my belongings (couch, tv, mattress, etc), took the five big boxes I had filled, and some miscellaneous bags of soft items like pillows and bedding. Paintings. Vacuum. They got it all. The drive to the new location was about 20 mins. They got me to the 2nd floor in no time. Very happy with the move. Glad it is over. Will use them again and recommend to friends.
