Jiffy Lube Multicare

Came in for an oil change as my “maintenance required” light came on and I knew it was due. Pulled up and told the attendant I specifically only wanted an oil change and nothing else as I was in a hurry. I went to the waiting area, and when they asked me for my contact info I could see the air filters had been taken out of my vehicle. They had added new air and cabin filters to my estimate on top of my oil change, which I hadn’t asked for. They charged me ridiculously on my cabin air filter ($53 while the air filter was $30). I was in a rush so I simply said it was fine and returned to the waiting area to pay, as I knew it would take longer if I said no. Then the manager came inside and informed me that my transmission fluid and coolant were both dangerously low, and that I had numerous other services overdue on my vehicle. They said it would be $200 to attend to my transmission fluid alone, and I’d already be spending $90 more than I’d expected to with the air filters. I refused, and reminded them I was in a hurry and that I would get it done another time. No other service lights had come on in my vehicle and though my mileage is fairly high, I did not need to get those services done right then and there. I may be a lady, but I know my vehicle and I’ve filled my coolant myself before. Every time I’ve been to this location they have tried to upsell me on something other than the oil change - which is the only reason I ever come to Jiffy Lube. I will no longer be going to any Jiffy Lube location, and am extremely frustrated that they didn’t listen to me when I said “oil change only”. Don’t come here if you’re on a time crunch, and don’t expect to leave without them trying to do something extra or get you to spend more money. Service: Oil change ~Morgan

AT&T Store

I just left the AT&T store located in Centreville, Va and what a wonderful experience! To be completely honest I dread going to the phone store because I am not technically savvy AT ALL! They made everything so easy and explained everything so that I totally understood!! Great team at this location! Excellent job by the manager in training his staff to be knowledgeable and polite!! ~Kimberly

C C Salon

Everyone was nice. However no one asked me if I needed anything to drink and it was an extremely hot day like 90°. I had to grab my stylist and ask for water. I got root color done and it looked good. I asked for straight very full hair but it was almost flat. She didn’t put a lot of effort into blow drying and it showed the next day. When you’re spending around $100 plus tip for just root color, you expect to get what you ask for. It’s been about 5 to 6 weeks so only a little bit of the gray roots should be showing but a lot of the color has faded on my gray hair. I have about 20% minimal gray. Maybe Aveda hair color just isn’t right for my hair though. Service: Hairstyling ~Susan

Bob was a jerk... I had several items placed nicely in a box since there were no available baskets that I could see. After waiting in a really long line because only 1 of their 3 or 4 registers were open (even though they had 3 employees at each register) and Bob the cashier picked up my box and dumped everything on the conveyor belt. When I asked him politely to please be careful with my stuff, he said "you should have placed them on the conveyor belt so I didn't have to." ~C

Chenee Hair Salon

I made an appointment 2 weeks before coming in for a perm. We agreed on a date and time and when I arrived to the salon. They said that we never made an appointment. I had to pull up my call history on my cell phone to prove that I made an appointment. But Instead of helping me on the spot, she already booked other customers. I not only took time off work on Friday but I also had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this salon, ONLY to be told that I didn't make an appointment. AND she did not ask if I wanted to reschedule. It was not only embarrassing to me around other customers but it was very unprofessional and shows that they are unorganized with their archaic booking system which is just hand writing their appointments on paper rather than putting it in a computer system. This salon not only has a history of double booking customers in the same slot, but I will 100% guarantee that you will wait at least 30 minutes when you arrive on time for your appointment. So unless you are free that entire day, you will be running late always. I only come in once a year for a hair appointment as a treat to myself and today was honestly VERY disappointing and a waste of my time off my busy work schedule. Service: Hairstyling ~Iris
