I just left the AT&T store located in Centreville, Va and what a wonderful experience! To be completely honest I dread going to the phone store because I am not technically savvy AT ALL! They made everything so easy and explained everything so that I totally understood!! Great team at this location! Excellent job by the manager in training his staff to be knowledgeable and polite!!

Came in to check out the new Samsung Fold and Hasib and Kim were awesome! Instead of just looking, I walked out with a new phone and was able to trade in a Samsung S8 that I didn't think was worth anything. If you are looking for great service, this is the place the guys to come see!

Hasib at this store was really amazing. Provided World class support and helped me with security on my phone and with phone problems I had. I highly recommend to go in the store whenever he is working because he is the best. He is the best worker in all ATT stores I have gone to in Virginia. He definitely deserves a raise and deserves alot. This is the best experience I have had from ATT and would recommend my friends and family to go to him as well. Thank you ATT for bringing him on

Liz and Hasib were both extremely helpful! They were able to assist us with merging two separate accounts in only 10 minutes AND get us a new tablet! Would highly recommend this store if you need to visit an AT&T location.
