The Jiffy Lube team resolved issues caused by others and exhibited amazing teamwork and a positive work environment. This place is amazing!!!! The guys totally took care of me when my husband was out of town. Went out of their way to explain everything to me topped off my oil for free bc I’m a jiffy lube customer and spent over 30 minutes answering all my questions. VERY trustworthy! Lori

Great folks but they don't share with carfax so now it looks like i didn't have an oil change on the carfax report. I've been hammerd on trade in at a dealer in the past for this stuff and now i'm screwed. Won't be going back until jiffy lube reports to carfax! Don't get burned! Service: Oil change

no waiting, walk in ok and oil change filters for oil and air replaced. one of mechanic kindly showed contaminated air filter to ensure filter need replaced. thanks for all the great service

WOOOOO Matthew Scally helped me out like no other person has ever helped me at a Jiffy Lube since I was 16. He not only fixed the DIY mistake. I made it home but he taught me the correct method to do it so I won’t have those troubles with my car anymore. Can’t thank them enough! Service: Oil change

I came here today to change my car’s oil, they recommended a LOT of things need to be changed besides the engine oil. I told them, thank you, but l am not going to do it today. After l left, l noticed they left the gloves compartment open will all my papers thrown in the floor (picture attached). Was this a revenge because l said no for the other services?! Very unprofessional, definitely not coming back to this location.

Came in for an oil change as my “maintenance required” light came on and I knew it was due. Pulled up and told the attendant I specifically only wanted an oil change and nothing else as I was in a hurry. I went to the waiting area, and when they asked me for my contact info I could see the air filters had been taken out of my vehicle. They had added new air and cabin filters to my estimate on top of my oil change, which I hadn’t asked for. They charged me ridiculously on my cabin air filter ($53 while the air filter was $30). I was in a rush so I simply said it was fine and returned to the waiting area to pay, as I knew it would take longer if I said no. Then the manager came inside and informed me that my transmission fluid and coolant were both dangerously low, and that I had numerous other services overdue on my vehicle. They said it would be $200 to attend to my transmission fluid alone, and I’d already be spending $90 more than I’d expected to with the air filters. I refused, and reminded them I was in a hurry and that I would get it done another time. No other service lights had come on in my vehicle and though my mileage is fairly high, I did not need to get those services done right then and there. I may be a lady, but I know my vehicle and I’ve filled my coolant myself before. Every time I’ve been to this location they have tried to upsell me on something other than the oil change - which is the only reason I ever come to Jiffy Lube. I will no longer be going to any Jiffy Lube location, and am extremely frustrated that they didn’t listen to me when I said “oil change only”. Don’t come here if you’re on a time crunch, and don’t expect to leave without them trying to do something extra or get you to spend more money. Service: Oil change

Definitely helpful I went for a fluid top up and I had a leak they said which was helpful. I did my own repairs due to their overpricing but they helped me determine where possible leak was. They were incorrect about where the leak was but helpful because they topped off my oil so I could get home due to no oil.
