So I don't mind this place. It's just that I've been overcharged For my oil change a couple x ago. They told me they didn't have my oil, and would have to send for it. So I asked if it would be same cost as usual?? They said yes! Then proceeded to charge me about $10-$15 more dollars for the oil change. I said something, but was told they had to due to the price they paid the other place. (Napa to be exact) And another thing corporate: NO MEANS NO! If I tell them I only want my oil changed and nothing more.....THEN THAT IS A NO! TO ALL OTHER QUESTIONS! NO! Very annoying that they do that. Customers know what they are coming in for, without the harassment! Shame on you. Service: Oil change

They should take “Fast” out of the name. Took them over 1-1/2 hours to get the one vehicle ahead of me out the door. What they said would take 25 minutes took them almost an hour. The price is not worth the frustration and the waste of time. I’ll go somewhere else in the future.

Sat outside in line for 35 minutes with three vehicles in front of me that never moved. No one walked outside to let me know how long the wait might be, so I just left!

I stopped in because another company had put too much oil in my car during a oil change and I stopped here and they took out what excess oil was in the car for me at no charge. Very good customer service highly recommended that I will be coming back for future oil changes. Thanks guys greatly appreciated.

After getting oil changed, keep getting calls to do a survey. The guys there did good I'll give them 5 states . I just wanted an oil change not multiple calls. They are as bad a the car warranty people.

I went in for an change and the gentleman were professional, friendly and did not try to sell me extra stuff. While doing the oild change they found that my differentials were about to be burnt up. They offered to replace them and showed me what they looked like. I will be coming back for my next oil change. Service: Oil change

Wonderful, polite, and helpful employees. Came in for an Oil change when my change engine oil light message came on in my car, but they checked all my fluids and found that my Differential fluid and transmission fluid had issues and also needed to be changed. I'm so happy they caught those things and my car rides so much smoother and better than it did before I took it in. I will be going back!
