Terrible experience especially in returning the items cause we were moving. My biggest issue is the very unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service from the General Manager. Called on Saturday May 14th to schedule a pick up but the female representative stated they had no drivers and asked if I could return the items myself. She also stated since I was ending the contract there would be no pay due.
When I arrived on Thursday afternoon May 19th, the female representative asked for a payment of $90.00 which I refused to pay and I tried to explain what I was told but immediately the General Manager engaged into the conversation with a loud strong attitude and refused to accept the items and help to unload. I advised him they would be on his sidewalk by the door. As we left, he steps out n flips me off and I rolled my window down and yelled there’s your stuff.
From the start of purchasing the washer and dryer (then under different management) it was a disaster, I was sold a used washing machine that had problems which I reported but nothing was ever done but it was all about getting your money surely not providing a positive customer service. If I could give a zero I would but that’s for the General Manager who showed his true colors…a zero. Take your money elsewhere surely not this Aaron’s! ~Chris
