So rude! The attendant was on the phone the whole time, then informed us that the computer was down and refused to sell us the 2 bottles of water we wanted. Then proceeded to give the next customer his purchase FOR FREE!!! That customer was a man looking for some kind of tobacco product. I'm a woman looking for a bottle of water. The price for the products were the same, $1. How can I not assume this was discrimination? I went to the Shell Station down the block. The woman there was so nice and when I mentioned the "rude" station down the street (called Bully's for a reason), she knew exactly what I meant. The Shell Station is open 24 hours. Super clean. Go there. They'll help you.

I would have to agree with some other posts this store is pretty small and packed and the bathrooms could be way cleaner I also think they definitely need an expansion their store is over crowded with just the isle's in it

Start Over, you need more friendly people that are willing to help the consumer. Not one who is always on a cell phone or never says thank you or hello. I will take my business to another store and gas station, until I hear that there has been improvements made. Also clean, the employees need to clean between customers, in a bad way.

Great self service gas station. The attendant never spoke to me. Just hot out of the car. Decided what fuel I needed and pumped it for me. He even paid for it and washed my windows. Could not get better service from any other. I should have tipped me a 20. Oh well maybe next time

The man that was working tonight july 15th at 3am was very disrespectful and rude my husband and I stopped as it was the first station we saw that was open and before we could even get all the way through the door the cashier stood up in a rude manner and said his computer was down and I asked for a rest room he again in a rude manner said they where out of service and for us to leave his store. I have over 15 years Experience in customer service and retail management and I have never been more disrespected in my entire life by someone who is supposed to be all about customer service I will never return to this gas station and I will find out an owner or someone from a corporate office that I could speak with and let them know how my husband and I were treated The man that spoke to us this way deserves to lose his job and does not deserve to be working in any top customer service at all

Night shift male employee working Saturday July 21, 2018 at 11:00pm threw my change, the bill one direction, change in the other. Said I was rude because I had thrown my bill about 2-3 inches from his cash drawer and hand. I have been a customer at this station for more than 30 years. Funny how no one else has ever had a problem with how I pay. After he continued to be argumentative, I just said who's the fool here? You just lost a 30 year customer.
