Best oil change service in Abingdon, Virginia (VA) 2024

So I don't mind this place. It's just that I've been overcharged For my oil change a couple x ago. They told me they didn't have my oil, and would have to send for it. So I asked if it would be same cost as usual?? They said yes! Then proceeded to charge me about $10-$15 more dollars for the oil change. I said something, but was told they had to due to the price they paid the other place. (Napa to be exact) And another thing corporate: NO MEANS NO! If I tell them I only want my oil changed and nothing more.....THEN THAT IS A NO! TO ALL OTHER QUESTIONS! NO! Very annoying that they do that. I had a emergency flat tire on a Friday late afternoon. The not only fit me in. But held the warehouse open after hours so they could accommodate me. They worked efficiently and my wait time was very quick. Went back 3 days later to get a second matching tire for balanced wear. ~Jackie-lyn
