This is the BEST branch i visited and they have the best manager Olga Achapkin. She always help me with everything I need, she speaks several languages (Russian, Ukrainian) and help me even with the most complicated requests. I refer everyone to her for help.

I went there for a single transaction, cashing out my security deposit check. The landlord was hard to work with and not that trustworthy so I had to make sure I cash out than depositing it. The lady who helped me read four hundred as two. The person next to her read as two when it clearly spelled as four. It clearly spelled differently when two thousand was already spelled in front of it. So the landlord obviously thinks it is bank's fault and refuses to give me two hundreds back. I went back to the bank and talked to the manager. She clearly said it does not look like two but not four either. I posted the copy of the check on my instagram and my followers said it looked like four because two clearly wrote in front did not look like each other. Thankfully, there was a bank adjustment made on BoA side and the correct amount was deposited. They also sent the confirmation email and apology email. While I appreciate corporate's customer service but if I knew they will be stubborn on making a deposit, I could have just made the online deposit and not wasted my time so much. They were trying to talk to me like they know but unfortunately, they proved themselves how unprofessional they were. The lady who helped me was not rude but the manager was. I am not criticizing BoA because they actually and eventually worked correctly on their end, it is just this branch manager who is losing all of its customers. The only reason they are surviving is clearly for the location.

Tellers are very rude…I felt extremely uncomfortable and judged. They need some training… or a different job, as always if you don’t want to work at your place of business and need to be rude go somewhere else… clearly they was never taught any basic manners from their own parents or anyone who raised them

The building is nice but this branch needs to work on providing better customer service. This one teller (middle eastern descent) with the short brown hair needs to learn how to greet customer. She was unfriendly, rude, arrogant and condescending. This branch is the worst one in the area.

Every single time I feel welcomed! I went to this center last week without an appointment. I was helped by Joanna who offered to call customer service for me instead of telling me to call myself like previous experiences at other locations. She is a really great asset to this company and I hope she never gets moved! I hope this review gets her some type of recognition because this is not the first time she has helped me. Thank you again Joanna !

I have been promised a call back from the Assistant Manager multiple times, and I cannot tell you how many times I've had to call them asking for an update because he failed to call me back. The issue with my account has been ongoing for the past 6 weeks or so at this point, and I am really annoyed that I have been dealing with this issue for the past almost 2 years. Their estate email system isn't any better as I've never received a response from them. At a certain point, I was told that they couldn't process something because they didn't have a notarized copy of a document I submitted, and yet, I was never informed of this issue until I, myself went digging and asked for updates on the status of my account. Things could be resolved in a much more timely manner, however, the branch/corporation, or rather everyone involved have failed time and time again to contact me and have not shown any notion of being proactive in helping to resolve issues. What is the point of having people here if they aren't there to help resolve issues with customers? I dont know how they manage to have any members and or why anyone would want to bank with them. I've never had this issue with my other bank. I highly recommend not banking with them if you want a competent and or efficient bank. Never have I ever had to deal with such incompetency.

I had 2 tasks - making cashier's check and opening an account for my son on Thursday. Since I didn't know what documentation was needed, I came back again. I happened to see a teller and consultant 2 times. After I opened an account for my son, I was told to deposit money with a teller, which was usually done with consultant with my previous experience. But it's okay anyway. I can do it. While I and my son were standing in the line, the teller that I saw earlier was done ( she handed very heavy coins to a customer before me, maybe she didn't like this particular task or not, I don't know). So I approached to her desk and said "Hi, again". She looked at me "appalled" saying that "I'm not done yet, could you step back where you were?" I said "Sure", but I can't erase her expression even now. Even typical emotionless teller's response for their mundane task would have been better. I don't even expect welcoming smile. The other teller was ready. When I went to her desk, she said, "you were here before" I said, "I just opened my son's account as well, and they don't give me temporary debit card. If I had debit card, I've used machine" She said, "That's okay" The overall experience made me felt I'm very unwelcomed.

I have been dealing with BOFA centreville branch for the last five years on my business and personal accounts and I always get the best service especially from Debbie in the customer relationship. She is knowledgeable about all the banks products and always recommends what suit me business requirements, also she always follow up with me to make sure that I got my service done even if it's with another department.

Everyone at this location is very fast. Quick turn around. This branch is like Amazon! All services and products that this branch has is helping people a lot. With text msg updates, I am sure all client should feel special. Very well managed and outstanding!

Worst customer service the last 3 times I banked here. Always a line and super unfriendly check in host. Do not hold here unless you have a lot of time to spate.no matter if its opening, closing an account or other financial services.
