This place is horrible. I just left here me and my friend got a 8 pc family meal with a large corn and a large fry. The chicken had been sitting there for 5 or 6 hours. It tasted like rubber and super dry. I called 5 times in a row and no one answered the phone. Also I tried to come in to get my fries, but the doors had locks on them. I wanted to let them know how nasty the food was. It cost me almost $30.

This KFC on Richmond Highway had the greasing chicken I ever had! Each piece soaked through five paper towels! Skip this place unless you want a heart attack from all the grease.

I ordered two famous bowls a la Carter and one (3) piece NH chicken tender a la carte. They said the tenders was $5.29 but had an additional charge of $1.50 on the receipt. When I asked what it was for, both women said "I don't know". They couldn't tell me why they were charging me for $1.50. I will no longer be going back there, they definitely got over on me.

omg just lazy. one combo one sandwich. they forgot my soda my fork and the two dipping sauces I paid for. how do you forget the sauce that is on the receipt when the person ordered barbecue wings. how do you forget the soda that is on the receipt. unless you are dgaf type employee. by the way the person on the drive-thru radio doesn't even understand English or speak it well.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I would give this location a ZERO star if I could. The restaurant is DIRTY! You can see trash on the countertops in the kitchen through the drive through window. A food inspector needs to visit ASAP! In addition, if something is wrong with your order there’s an extremely RUDE lady (with purple/red hair), who calls herself a “manager”, that will get an attitude and argue with you about correcting the order. The quality of customer service provided here is LOW! During my visit, this lady snatched my food through the window, cursed me out and slammed the window shut while I was trying to explain the details of correcting my order. She simply did not want to correct the order. I ended up asking for my money back.

Waited in line for thirty minutes at the drive through only to get home and notice all my food didn't make it into my bag. When asked where the manager was employees laughed and said the manager wasn’t there. I don’t even eat from there but this will be the first and last time…that’s what I get for craving chicken smh…they don’t deserve the one star I had to give them to write the review

This location is Repulsive. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and ended up with no chicken breasts. Contacted corporate and no response. Who or what does this? What kind of people are working here? It is hard for me to believe this joke of a place has even a 3.6 rating. I am sure the five star ratings are from friends and family of people working here. I've noticed fast food chains in the greater DC area always have lower ratings than locations elsewhere. It's not hard to figure out why this is. Customer service is everything. Terrible place. Shut it down. It's almost like fast food chains around here are in a race to see just who is the worst.

I ordered 5 piece chicken strips and asked for BBQ sauce and was given one BBQ and another sauce I did not ask for. I then asked for another BBQ sauce and was told .25. Two small packets for 5 strips! Poor customer service and assistant manager gave my money back as I request but not before calling me a MF’er. Whoever has this person working for this company as an assistant manager should be ashamed and embarrassed.

I don't really expect much from fast food but this is pretty ridiculous. I drove not even 5 minutes home after ordering this and it's SOAKED in grease... I'd be more forgiving if it was rush hour but it was empty inside and a short line for the drive through so what's the excuse?

The service was a bit slow, but the food was hot and fresh. The lobby was a mess though with dirty tables throughout, napkins, straws, and garbage laying on the floor by the soda machine and overflowing trash bins. I would recommend this restaurant as a quick drive-thru stop but not a regular place to visit unless the management fixes these issues.
