Went to this Subway I believe this past Week. I tried for the 2nd time to use the Subway app, It took awhile to put in my order but it was wrong. I tried to get help but the owner wouldn't help me, She had no idea how to use the Subway app, their were no other customers there at that time nor was even busy at all and so I ended up wasting my money.

I went in Feb 24 around 5:00pm and Rhonda was working the line, she seemed to have been under the influence of something, she rubbed her hands together over the food, with no gloves on when she was taking the gentleman’s order in front of me, she forgot just about everything the gentleman ordered and she was all over the place and sniffing and kept saying “I’m not a crack head”, it was bad enough to cause the lady behind me to leave the Resturant. She was very nice but I probably won’t come back to this facility, almost every visit there’s an issue.

Ordered my sub(s).. Cashier was rude. Yes, I didn't think to cut the coupon out.. was the heavy sighing necessary? I did tip a $1... I gave the next customer in line a coupon. Now on to the food.. BLAH!! NO FLAVOR!! The bread was stale(ish).. I could tell because I didn't have it toasted! Probably shouldn't keep the door to the bread cabinet open! I don't eat at Subway much and probably won't again anytime soon!!

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Clean but the customer service is horrible and my sandwiches were mainly bread. Barely any meat at all!! I will never eat here again.

I went into the Bowling Green location after the mask requirement was lifted and the lady inside was very rude as soon as I walked in the door. There were no other customers in the store, as I walked in she stood up from behind the counter and said with an attitude " ah you need a mask"! I turned around and walked right back out with no words said. I got in my car and left. This isn't the first time she has been rude to me in the past. Its the same heavy set woman. This is disappointing as everyone else is nice in the store. There isn't much to choose from in this area. 😕

Ordered 3 sandwiches and a salad using the Subway app. Picked up the food 20 minutes later. I was in and out of the store quickly. When I got to the car, my wife checked our order and discovered we were missing the bottle of coke that we had ordered. No big deal, I'll just run right back into the store. There were no other customers at the time and I had just left the store 2 minutes ago. I walked in and announced that our coke was missing. I was shocked when the lady behind the counter wagged her finger at me and said, "No, no, no. You did not pay for that." Her co-worker, who had filled my order, went to the trashcan to retrieve my receipt, which should have been given to me when I picked up my order. She then went to the back office to compare the paper receipt to their record of the on-line order. Sure enough, we had ordered and paid for a bottle of coke, which I then selected from the refrigerator before I walked out of the store. I have no problem with the fact that the drink was missed. Those things happen. It was the ATTITUDE when I returned to claim the drink. Their default position was NO, NO, NO, and a finger wag. There was no apology when it was determined that I was right. So my attitude to THIS STORE is this: NO, NO, NO. And here's my finger.

I bought the limited bbq rib sub here. It was a processed rib meat patty placed on the sub roll. The bbq sauce was added from a squeeze bottle. Got it toasted on wheat and added pickles and black pepper. Wasn't sure how it would taste. When they wrapped it the sauce ran over the sides of the roll. Tasted pretty good. Nice change up from the meatball sub I always buy at Subway.

I’m pretty disappointed in my order today. I had a chopped salad, usually it’s full of salad and delicious (when I go to Ladysmith location). This salad is very sad looking and soggy... I will say the lady that rang me up (I believe she is in training, was fantastic) the owner/supervisor on the other hand is who made my salad. I will not be ordering another salad from this location, again.

I came in on 10/30 around 5pm, they were super busy with only 1 young man working, you could tell he was stressed that being said never once did he snap or get rude, I wish I had gotten his name however with the time and date should help identify this phenomenal young man. Working in customer service my entire life I have seen people lose it in a high stress environment, he is one employee who deserves a raise and accolades.

I should've just ordered a sub and scrapped out all of the veggies and meat and it would've cost $2.50 less. I think it was the owner that made my salad too.
