Places an online order to be picked up at drive thru.... Was told I have to come inside to pick it up.... I walked inside to see it all ready for me on the counter.... How difficult it must be to grab the food that was already waiting and hands it to someone or the window. I don't get long lunches. They were rude about it.

Mostly good food. Very slow drive thru most of the time. Never remember sauces for nuggets.

This was a great stop at 10pm after nearly dying on a mountain. The food was good and the staff was friendly. I think someone got robbed in the parking lot. But at least we had good food to enjoy while we watched.

It never seems to surprise me anymore so I don’t know why I even bother going by there anytime after 7 pm because every time I go there the always claim they don’t have what it is I’m ordering. One of the item’s I’m speaking of is my ceaser salad that I buy faithfully but come time for night shift they never seem to have it. But yet I can go right back the very next morning and the amazingly have it. So come on night crew get it together and learn how to put a salad together or stop being lazy. It is your job and it is what you are being paid for.

Used the drive thru to grab dinner. Only 2 cars but seemed to take a while to complete the order. Staff was friendly and the food was great. I liked the new baconator burger. 2.23.2022. Went for breakfast and it went faster this time. Staff was friendly as always. I love the breakfast potatoes.

No stars if I could. Charged 4 times for the same meal today and asked for a refund for the overcharge. Was told to call your corporate store. Manager said this keeps happening and her manager won't let them stop taking cards. So they just actively participate in fraud and have no intentions on stopping, just hoping the customer doesn't notice.

Drive through. My order was confirmed on the screen but wasn't prepared as ordered. My burger was slathered with mayonnaise that I can't eat and requested it to NOT be on my burger. Fries were lukewarm. Was halfway home before I was aware of the mayonnaise on the sandwich. Call to the restaurant was unanswered.

I'd give negative stars if I could. The service has gone completely down hill, and that's being generous allowing for pandemic staff shortages. Today I waited in line for about 5 minutes just to order, once I got to the speaker I was told they'd be right with me. No problem, it was lunch time, but then I waited at least another 5 minutes all the time listening to every word said for the cars ahead of me because the microphone was left on. I ordered a kids meal and 2 #3 chicken nugget meals with a large coke and bbq sauce for one and ranch and a large sweet tea for the other. I'm then told "I ain't got coke pick something else" so we chose root beer. At the window I got the drinks and one meal and a kids meal was when I didn't leave was told I was done. I said " I should have one more chicken nugget meal" and was told I would have to pull up. Almost 5 more minutes later someone brought out the bag. When I got home 20 minutes later the I had 1 chicken combo, 1 kids meal, and the bag I waited for which contained 8 nuggets, no sauce, and the tea was unsweetened. Honestly this is beyond poor service, the receipt was correct and I certainly was charged for everything but clearly it's too difficult to pay attention to what is being served. I go there from time to time because there's not many other choices and it's something every time but this is over the top. The ONLY positive is the young man who collected the money, he is always polite and professional, even when you hear nothing but chaos in the background. I did attempt to call but no one answers, the management should be embarrassed by this mess.

I rate 3 stars due to the staff being polite, however beyond that there's not too much to boast about. Today, not being the first time unfortunately, I received undercooked food. It was too rare for me to feel comfortable eating, and i was overcharged being that it was not the burger i wanted. I got home, and began eating and into my third bite, this is what I saw. I just ask that the worker's start ensuring that their patties are fully cooked. I advise that you always make sure to check your bag before you go all the way home. Thankyou however for the staff being polite.
