Veryyyy disgusted with this poor quality of a workplace. My order was messed up and pizza was very thin which is not what I ordered . Called back 10 min later to explain to Amanda what happened and she immediately called me a liar . She raised her voice at me several times and told me she would not replace it after I offered to bring the whole order back up there . I asked for corporates number and she lied to me and said they don’t have one . Called back today and talked to the General Manager of the store in which he was also very rude . Cutting me off while trying to explain the situation and was no help at all he never offered to replace it either . After him constantly talking over me he ended the call by hanging up in my face while I was talking . All the managers at this location need to be fired . They lack customer service skills

Trash ordered pizza for delivery they said it was sent someplace else. Had to drive over refund reorder and the gm really did not care ... I work 16 hour days I don't have time to to mess with incompetent restaurants or delivery people

The drive-thru service is horrible. When you pay and your order is not ready they say we will bring it to you. This hasn't happened yet in the 3 times I have visited. On yesterday they made a medium pizza although I paid for a large tastemaster. They sat their debating 🤔 should we give to her or not as I watched them. It was cold dron sitting on the counter not the warming oven. The worst 😫 😪 thing is they are the only pizza place in the area.

I ordered last night. Most of my order was perfect and no issue. The gluten free pizza. Toppings were good. Sauce good. Cheese great. The crust however was an affront to the palate. I have enjoyed crackers more than the crust on the gluten free pizza. For 12.99 I am sure that an actual dough could have been made to do this. I suspect that the gluten free option is more lip service and comes in a box that is stored in the walk in cooler and gets used whenever a first time order is placed. This was the first time I had ordered a pizza from pizza hut in over a decade and I suspect that it will be another decade before I try them again.

It's great pizza and wings just like usual. The only thing I wish they had was a drive through. They have a pull through window but I'm not sure it's a drive through. There are not any order signs like there usually is but other than that it's great.

The pizza was dry. Wings were good . 4he bread stick were bread with not much seasoning. I would recommend Mazzios on 39th. Much better

The employees and managers are rude, instead of talking they just hang up, and when you call back to try to talk they hang up again. I work in the restaurant industry and if anyone at my store acted the way these people do, they would be immediately fired

Normally super good (5 star) but this review is based on my recent experience; they forgot to add the crust flavoring - hut favorite on both my large pizzas. So I called them and came back to add the crust flavoring. This was a bad idea (see pic). I know people make mistakes so it's ok. Next time, I'll just ask to remake my order cuz this was gross. I recommend others to do the same.
