Pharmacy has taken my ID and bank card TWICE in the drive thru and loses it. Claims they don’t have it and don’t see it anywhere. I ask for it back at the time of transaction because this is a reoccurring issue and they suddenly lose it.

Takes too long to fill prescriptions that are necessary, spent 30 minutes on hold to even speak to a pharmacist, and lastly looked there hours up online to go pick up my prescriptions and the hours are incorrect. It says they open at 9 on Saturday and they don't open until 10. I think I may need to change my pharmacy. They also used to mail prescriptions for free and now they charge between $5-$8 to mail them.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy tech had a real attitude. First of all the prescription line said that the prescriptions would be ready at 9:08pm. We get there at 9:08 and they tell us that the pharmacy closed at 9 and nothing they could do. Asked for prescriptions to take them someplace else and they said that they couldn't help us. My wife is ill and needed the meds but they said that they couldn't do anything because their system closed down at 9. Came in the next day to get them and the same tech said that they weren't ready and it would be 45 minutes. REALLY??? Terrible customer service. Going to go to Lassiter drug from now on. Locally owned and they care! Update, the pharmacist saw what was going on and he filled the prescriptions, he was very professional and helpful! The tech? No help! Instead she went to the front of the store to talk. Thank you to the pharmacist!!

I was in this location last sunday. I had already made a post,but it wasn't showing up due to profanity that I heard the manger use to toward the vendor while explaining what I witnessed. I heard the manager screaming and belittling a Frito lay vendor. The Frito lay vendor was apologizing and trying to do her job. The manager was screaming at her and cussing at her for no reason and told her to get the "cuss word" out of his store. She looked uncomfortable and scared. I as a customer was very uncomfortable and didn't feel like i was safe environment. I will not be returning to this location.

CVS Del City, Ok...Rude! You walk up and no one acknowledges you are even there. Once they do they treat you like you are an inconvenience. Non-stop complaining about people's prescriptions. Most people are picking up Rx because they need it. If it wasn't for people needing them none of the rude pharmacy counter people would have a job.

Don’t waste your time scheduling for a covid vaccine here. Got there and they say they don’t know why the system allowed me to schedule during their lunch break. I don’t know either why don’t you figure it out! Was told to check back later in a few hours, but it’s not a guarantee we’ll get the shots since they don’t know whether they will have enough people getting their shots. Here’s a thought: how about you’ll allow scheduling for slots in groups of 6!!!! Total waste of time. No wonder CVS is losing to Walgreens. UPDATE: I am at Walgreens and we are having issues bc CVS BILLED MY INSURANCE!! We never got the shots!!! The nerve! They sent us away bc their lunch break was more important even though it allowed us to schedule during that period. I am heading over to talk to your manager once done here!

it took far too long for you to get the Drive-through window to be repaired. i depend on the window due to recent surgery. who do i complain to at corporate? was unexpected. thank goodness i a good guy helped me get my prescription from front of the store.
