I called and verified my sick wife’s meds were ready. When I got the was told they were not ready. I was asked to leave the drive through. I declined and asked to speak to the pharmacist. She said I would have to leave because it wasn’t ready. I said no I’ll just wait. She threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave. I went inside fuming to speak to them face to face and they had her meds ready. Never use this company!

Lack of customer service and unless you have all day waiting curbside pickup is a drag and a communication cluster f**k! Never ever again dealing with this Walgreens. Waited an hour for curbside pickup and no one came out. Called them first thing when arrived and the person answered the phone did not have a clue what planet they are on.

I have been UsingThis Pharmacy For several years, But After the poor service lately and especially yesterday evening 12/2/21 I'm seriously considering transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I spent Over an hour Trying to reach Pharmacy by phone only to get disconnected after being on hold for sometimes over 15 mins. I call twice and spoke to the manager on duty, but both times he was rude and acted as if I Was bothering him. I never did reach anyone in the Pharmacy by phone and actually drove to the pharmacy while on hold the last time. As I was still on hold I was at the pharmacy drive-thru talking to the tech. He told me they had been really busy, but I was the only car in the drive thru. I'm sorry I've seen that pharmacy really much busier, but they still managed to answer the phone and speak to the customer.

Worst pharmacy service ever. Showed up in the drive thru today at 11am. There was a vehicle in front of us. After 30 minutes of waiting behind the car in front of me, I got frustrated and left. I understand there may be insurance issues, etc. I would recommend the pharmacy tech or pharmacist to ask the vehicle who is in front of us to pull around to the end and help someone else. Their other drive thru appears to be broken can cant service another customer. This is quite frustrating how uncommon common sense is. I will not be sending my prescriptions to this Walgreens or shopping here. Thanks.

I have called numerous times to check on a RX and get hung up on every time. When you call back to speak to a manager they keep you on hold and never answer the phone. Won't be doing anymore business with them ever again.

The girls in this pharmacy have NO bedside type manner, rushing you to get through the drive through, have little to NO communication about prescriptions and and terrible attitudes. Went inside for hopes of better communication, while on the phone with my doctor, being told to wait and then she presses a few numbers on the computer and repeatedly interrupted me while I was on the phone with nobody standing behind me. Won’t be going to that Walgreens for ANYTHING.

I switched my prescription to this Walgreens about 6 months ago. The service is great. They are usually ready before promised. And, the pharmacy staff has helped with corrections and updates on many occasions. I am pleased.

2 things. * Photo/Pharmacy * I went to this walgreens on Friday evening to pick up some photos and put some photos fr Mkom a drive onto a CD at one of their kiosks. The woman that was working the photo area was terribly rude. (Dark brown hair, little longer than shoulder length, older... 40's or 50's) I told her I had some photos to pick up but I couldn't remember if I ordered them under my new married last name or my maiden name. First all, she made fun of my last name which I obviously didn't appreciate at all. She said something like how desperate I was that my last name sounded like sesame street. 1.Your not my friend to be able to do that and 2. You are supposed to be a professional, professionals do not make fun of their clients names. She made no sense anyways because my last name has nothing to do with sesame street. Now, as I was working at the kiosk, she was talking to me as if I was a in-copitant kindergartner. I really didn't appreciate her, or her attitude. I then had to go to the pharmacy area. I go to this pharmacy (normally the drive through) once a month and this visit was the last straw. I stood there for a good 5 minutes while the pharmacist and pharmacy tech gossiped and girl talked about personal stuff going on with them while I stood there waiting. Not to mention this was my first time inside or the pharmacy because I was thinking it would be better than the drive through, because the drive through is 10 times worse. It may be 10 minutes before they even acknowledge that you are there. Literally every time I have been there. I dont care where you work, you should always care for your clients before yourself. I myself am in the customer service industry and there is no way I would 1. Talk to people the way the photo lady did, or 2. Continue with a personal conversation with a colleague while clients are waiting right in front of you. Moral of the story. I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism and I will not be going back to this walgreens for photos or pharmacy. I am finally transferring all of my needs to CVS. Bye walgreens. Finally.

I have been using this pharmacy for 2 years now simply because of convenience since I live 2 miles away but I will never ever go there again after the experience I had today. I have food poising from something I ate in KC City went there and waited 1 1/2 half for them to fill a prescription when they said it would only be 20 minuets. The whole staff is extremely rude in the pharmacy side I'm switching over to the new CVS on 101st & memorial.
