5 Best beauty supply store in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I called and verified my sick wife’s meds were ready. When I got the was told they were not ready. I was asked to leave the drive through. I declined and asked to speak to the pharmacist. She said I would have to leave because it wasn’t ready. I said no I’ll just wait. She threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave. I went inside fuming to speak to them face to face and they had her meds ready. Never use this company! ~Perry

I called at 8:30 PM and asked if they had any plastic used for protection when painting. The girl hesitated and said "no we are out of it right now ". My immediate impression was that she did not sound convincing. Since it was close by I decided to go and check and what did I find?? There were 2 employees a young man behind the register and another heavy set girl going around the store. The girl was the one who answered the phone I'm sure. 7/22/22. Absolutely no reason to lie about something like that 30 minutes before your closing or any other time! ~Multimedia

Always slow at check out but the time on google is wrong. They close at 10am not 11! Frustrating when you need get meds for a sick kid. As I wrote this review; four other cars showed up and checked the door. Four!! Fix your time DG. Update: make that 7 cars! That’s crazy! All because Poor management. ~jeremy

I've been to a lot of Walgreen's stores and love the company. But something is wrong at this store. Literally every employee in the store acts like they would rather drop dead than say anything. It's like being in the twilight zone they literally don't want to be there or address another human being in any type of polite fashion. It has to be a management issue, I'd start at the top, Walgreens. Most unfriendly environment I have probably ever stepped into. ~Arctic

I go to this pharmacy every other day and it is the best pharmacy and CVS in general I have been to they are friendly, kind and compassionate about there job. Tracy and Kim and two of the best pharmacist you could ask for and don’t even get me started with the Techs that are amazing they actually care they understand your not feeling well and they want to get you in and out as fast as possible if they make you wait they prioritize you and they get it done in a quick and orderly manner. They act like a family together they argue but in the end get along and get things done. This is amazing teamwork and I believe this store and pharmacy deserves CVS of the year. Don’t forget to sign up for CarePass. It’s a steal of a deal! ~Matthew
