I've been to a lot of Walgreen's stores and love the company. But something is wrong at this store. Literally every employee in the store acts like they would rather drop dead than say anything. It's like being in the twilight zone they literally don't want to be there or address another human being in any type of polite fashion. It has to be a management issue, I'd start at the top, Walgreens. Most unfriendly environment I have probably ever stepped into.

Maybe the manager, Alvin, was just having a bad day. People just have bad days every once in a while, and it will affect your mood and performance at work. I get that. However, I don't that is the case here given all of the other terrible reviews for this location. I purchased 2 products online and picked them up in the store. When, I got home, I saw that there was a yellow sticker on one of the products that said if I present that sticker to the cashier, I would get $2.00 off. I figured, "I might as well return the items and repurchase them to get the $2.00 off." So I tried to do just that, and Alvin told me that that is not how those stickers work. He told me I have to peel it off and use it for my next purchase. Since I was already there, I figured that I might as well use that $2.00 sticker to purchase another. So I began to look for the same product I had purchased. I couldn't find it, so I asked for help. He mumbled something, and then went into the backroom. A couple minutes later, he came out and walked right past me, not even acknowledging me. So I then proceeded to follow him thinking that he was going to lead me to where the product was located. While following him, he started to give me side-eye like I was irritating him. So I spoke up and asked if he knew whether or not they had any more in stock. After a long pause and visible expressions of irritation that I'd have the audacity to ask if they had a product in stock, he replied with, "I don't know." I then went down the street to the Walgreens at 71st and Lynn Lane. The cashier there was able to immediately help me with returning the 2 items and then repurchasing them in order to get the $2.00 discount. This was just a cashier that was able to do what Alvin, A MANAGER, was not capable of doing. In hindsight, I probably spent $2.00 in gas, and wasted about 45min, in an effort to save $2.00. Appreciate it Alvin. I will try to avoid shopping at this location until the manager is replaced with somebody more competent and friendly, like the nice girl that's typically working the cash register.

My experience with the curbside pickup was an utter disappointment. I was presenting with flu-like symptoms, stayed home from work and did an internet purchase for pick-up of a covid test to put my co-workers at ease at 7:30 am. I immediately got an automated email telling me to wait for a second email to flag my order's readiness. I got no such email, and after five frustrating hours later I called the customer service line only to be hung up on - citing a "facility emergency." Then, I called the store and got told, "yeah, come pick it up at the window." When I arrived the window attendants were out to lunch, so I pulled around to the curbside parking space and called YET AGAIN. Finally, an attendant came out and brought me my order. I'm finally getting my test kit at 2:30 pm. Don't offer a service if your customers have to beg you to follow-through. 2 stars, at least the customer service people I spoke to were polite.

Curbside pickup and online ordering from here is a joke. Very bad customer service and missing my cuebside pickup order and said they never got my order, when they emailed me twice saying they received my order and working to fulfill my 1 item. They couldn't do anything over the phone, and when I went in person, with my emails, and order numbers. And confirmation numbers, they still couldn't find my order. Ended having to cancel my order that was probably never gonna be fulfilled. Worst customer service at this Walgreens.

Went in to get a prescription. Was told it would just be a minute. Got a text saying it’s ready but the pharmacist didn’t call us over. We waited 25 minutes and still didn’t call us over meanwhile multiple other people who came in after us all left with their prescriptions already. When we went to the window to ask about it, they took it out of the bin (which meant it was sorted and ready). We’d be gone if they called us over as soon as the prescription was ready. Wasted 25 minutes in there. Need better pharmacy assistants.

Always frustrating at this place! My mom gets her medicine from here she is 75 recovering from stroke doesn’t drive nor does she have a cell phone with the app so she calls to speak with someone in person they tell her her meds will be ready in 10-15 mins so she sends me and when I get there guess what not ready and won’t be for two days!!! Not the first time or even the 2nd time this has happened! What is wrong with these people?

Sunday, 5/5/20 I went in for over the counter medicine & decided to shop wearing my mask & gloves. I bought $202 worth of groceries & supplies. There were 3 other shoppers while I was there, all masked & staying well apart. However, NONE of the employees wore any kind of protection at all, including the very nice young girl scanning & touching every item in my unsanitized cart. Three other girls were setting up a display, touching, working a foot apart. I fear for everyone In that store, workers & shoppers. I will not go back.

I came here one morning arrived right at 7 when the doors were supposed to open. I am in a hurry of course .. I am waiting by the door at 7:01 still don't see anyone in the store. Finally at 7:02 I see a lady walk around. I knock on the door. She doesn't acknowledge me. Takes her drink and stuff to the front by the register. I knock again a little louder. She looks at me at shrugs. Oh goodness. Now my blood pressure is sky high lol but she finally walks over and opens the door at 7:03. Doesn't apologize or anything. Lost my business 😣

This is a very nice Walgreens. Clean and orderly. Super nice employees. Of course the prices are going to be higher than at your local wal mart as is so for all Walgreens that I have been to. Pay close attention on the sales though. They can fool you. If you don’t read terms closely.

After just having a bad experience at CVS I came to Walgreens, and the guy at the drive through pharmacy was really nice, he was professiona,l and didn't make me feel like a nuisance ,which was nice. He was a younger guy and overall took my bad mood and made me have a little more faith in todays society.
