The cashier was the nicest! I don't know their name but they had short hair and lots of tattoos on their arms. I had an issue with my photo order and went to get help right away when needed. Thank you so much! U were awesome. However the manager working that day, REALLY tall middle aged lady, was probably the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. Thank you again to the cashier, I wish i got your name!!

Ever since Brian left the pharmacy has been in shambles, have tried giving them chance after chance but nothing ever seems to change. Use to love this place but the last couple of years it’s been rough.

I go to this pharmacy every other day and it is the best pharmacy and CVS in general I have been to they are friendly, kind and compassionate about there job. Tracy and Kim and two of the best pharmacist you could ask for and don’t even get me started with the Techs that are amazing they actually care they understand your not feeling well and they want to get you in and out as fast as possible if they make you wait they prioritize you and they get it done in a quick and orderly manner. They act like a family together they argue but in the end get along and get things done. This is amazing teamwork and I believe this store and pharmacy deserves CVS of the year. Don’t forget to sign up for CarePass. It’s a steal of a deal!

So lovely to have a pharmacist, who is probably making over $100,000 a year, tell a teacher (Who makes a lot less) to "Go back home" and register for the Covid test that he had already registered for. If you are short staffed, that's not my fault!!!! Give service to your customers or close down!!!!! What would happen to me in my job if I told a student to "Go home" because they didn't have an assignment completed? I'd be fired!!!!!!

I had a medical procedure done, went to pick up prescription & told it would be hours be for ready. 24 hrs later they finally had it ready. Needless to say I won't be picking g it up after the fact. I've always used Walmart & Sam's Pharmacy & NEVER had an issue like this. WOW! What kind of service is that? They don't deserve the 1 star.

Would not fill prescription on due date, did not have medications in stock and pharmacist was callous, cold and uncaring. Will never use CVS again if they are the last open store during a zombie apocalypse.

They got the drugs you need and they will spam text you until you go get them. Like the "other" drug store that is on every other corner, CVS has just about every over the counter drug/medical device need as well as a great refrigerated section with everyday foods and snacks. Not to mention a great selection of candies that are very hard to pass-up when that sweet tooth comes a callin.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! If I could give 0 stars I would... They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed an antibiotic for my husband who had a severe infection and had just gotten out of the hospital after 4 days, they told me after a coupon it would be $776. I called walmart and got the same antibiotic along with 4 other prescriptions for under $150. I have waited on the phone for over 20 minutes to speak with them. Walmart had to call them 4 times to get the prescriptions transferred to begin with and they still only sent 3 of the 5 over. There was another instance, I had an antibiotic I needed for myself. I went to pick it up 4 times over 3 days and every time I went in they told me it would be an hour before it was ready. I never got my antibiotic... I tried to speak to a manager but apparently the Pharmacists are the only managers they have, and they are the ones causing all of the issues!! STAY AWAY!

The pharmacy techs are doing their best with what they have. Ok, so I might have to wait a bit for my prescription to be filled but it’s ready soon after I arrive. Besides I’d rather deal with a bit of wait for quality customer service! They are always very nice and considerate. Highly recommend!

I watched as the pharmacy technicians were all busting their butts to take care of every customer. It was obvious that they were understaffed, but they still worked hard, were polite and respectful. This is what makes a good pharmacy. This is by far one of the busiest CVS pharmacies in the area. I usually expect to wait about 30-45 minutes for my prescription whenever I arrive, but they always have it ready soon after I'm there.
