After spending hours on the phone with Boost Technical Support and Apple Tech Support and visiting 2 Boost Mobile stores, I was finally able to get the help I needed here. Draya (forgive me if I misspelled) listened to me, reviewed my account and resolved the problem in less than 10 minutes, while actively assisting another customer as well. I hope you all are paying her what she deserves. She is definitely a valuable asset to this company.

NEW Ownership.. I bought a chrg.r cord from here TWICE.. Brought the 1st one back, the next day the 2nd cord was no good.. I'm not going to BUY NOTHING ELSE FROM THERE.. just pay my ph. Bill.

Got to the store at 10:10 am and according to the web site and door they were to open at 10:00...even though the web site hours may differ due to what is going on; how about reflecting it on your door🙂

Sold me a "brand new" phone that was defective. Tried to charge me a restocking fee even though I had their BS insurance. I took it to the manufacturer and got it replaced for free. Smmfh
