Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s…. I just moved and literally have no food the house. I waited 2 1/2 hrs to get this food which NEVER CAME. I called and the had me on hold for 40 minutes. A Caucasian lady answered and said she couldn’t find my order, then when she found it she said she had no idea where the driver was, complained about how busy they were in the store and promised to call me back. She never did and I kid you not … I didn’t even eat today.

I always order from Domino's Pizza usually they Pizza is the bomb. But sadly to say this location has let me down not once but twice back to back. The last time it was the wings the wings were too tiny they were meant for a toddler and overcooked. This time my pepperoni pizza only had two to three pepperonis on it so we'll just call this a cheese pizza which I didn't order a cheese pizza. The second thing is I called the store by the way but let him know about the pizza but answer the phone call I settle down to eat my wings girl some of the fattiest wings and they ain't that big they were undercooked this time fat hanging everywhere in the skin like rubber. It'll be a while before I order any more chicken from this Domino's. I ordered the chicken because it's baked and not fried which is better for you. Y'all have a blessed and loving day 😇😇😇. And the review is still in cuz I ordered chicken also for someone else in my household.

The energy of the manager / supervisor was off , her body language was uninviting and abrasive. The food was so so..I end up taking a few bites and tossing it in the rubbish. Not sure if I would try again 🤔

Steven was a great guy. My total for my order was $19.15 including taxes and instead of charging me $19.15 he charged me a better & cheaper price. He should be manager. Very kind & respectful. Handled my order immediately i walked in.

I would give this place zero stars if I could… i order pizza at 10:00 pm. Its 12:00 am I call to check on the pizza a lady said call and talk to Cory in the morning. that was her answer for why i haven’t received something i paid for. So now im out of 40$ until I talk to Cory tomorrow. the customer service is so horrible, but im more disappointed then any thing.I DONT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT BEING SHORT STAFF BC IF THATS THE CASE CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN!!! invest in ur business or get it out of our community we are tired of being let down with poor service! and left hungry ( da worse feeling)

I ordered 4 pizzas that turned out to be only 3. The service was extremely poor. I received 2 of my pizzas and was told by the driver I would have to go pick up the rest of my order, which at the time I thought it was for 2 more. The money I paid was crazy and was kinda ok with it because it was for 4 pizzas, and the fact that they delivered the last pizza over an hour later, after saying they were sorry and was remaking it...they delivered a cold pizza that seemed to be shoved in an "old" box.

Long story short, my food was messed up when I arrived to pick it up, had to get a refund, no apology, called the owner and left messages, no return call, emailed customer service with complaint, still no call from owner of location. Don't waste your time or your money here. You can see by their star rating that they are definitely not the best when it comes to quality of food and customer service. Don't say you weren't warned!!
