Worst place ever.put holds on your money for no reason.im over all the extra for no reason.on the phone for hours still no help at all. Can't get my money I worked for. Just close for good because your no help to anyone ✌️

This has to be the worst bank ever. I made an appointment online regarding a home lending, I get a call a week later to confirm the appointment with the person I’m meeting with. However I was told I can still come in to speak with the guy and ask questions and get to know information about the situation. Well the next day my mother and I came at the exact time for the appointment, no one was able to greet us at the door but just standing there and to top it off after 8 mins later we were told that the person is not here due to an emergency and wasn’t there since a week or so. We were told to wait til the guy comes back and I told the lady that came to us that we weren’t told anything about it that the guy would not be here but was told we can still come in and speak with him to have all the information etc. We were also referred to a senior home lender but when I had also got a call from her , she was very dry during the conversation, she didn’t give me any information about the home lending she was very rude during the call and said I would need to update my income before getting approval for a loan. On my application and I just hung up the phone because she didn’t greet like usual customer service reps but but speaks to me like I did something to her. If you don’t want me to get approved or getting a loan just say that. If you plan on booking an appointment for anything please make sure you ask the reps if they are going to be there the next day before driving up there and wasting time being told something different.

Never seen such “technical difficulties” in a bank like this one before. Been banking with chase for years but now after this Chase will not be my priority banking choice.

Chase is pointless to open an account with because they lack with telling all the information. I opened a checking account last week and was able to deposit money in the account. The next day loss prevention closed the account because I didn’t get my account verified when I was at the bank the previous day. I spoke to 3 different individuals that didn’t mention anything about verifying information but it’s too late to reinstate it because the account is already closed.

I wouldn't refer a dog to deposite a bone with chase. They make you wait almost an hour to speak to someone. They make you go through too much to receive YOUR money, And the lines inside are horrible, with only 2 bak tellers. They are horrible, I have nothing good to say. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I don't know where to start. Bad services and not professional at all. These tellers should be laid off until they fix their personality. They need more training. You can't ask questions with them responding with sarcasm. I don't know why even leave a rating when it won't make a difference. They don't acknowledge the complaints or issues. Word advice close you're account go elsewhere or take the drive to a better location. Service is horrible the only thing good is the building it's self. Replace these Employees here asap.

Worst bank ever. I've tried multiple occasions to try and open an account at this location. Two times they quoted me with wait times of 90 minutes or more and another time they said I'd have to come back another day. I understand that sometimes its busy, but three times. Beyond those circumstances I feel like a bank should be more polite and professional when interacting with customers. This past time I spoke with the manager about the wait time and she was combative and rude. I will never bank at this location again.

Was just in there during lunch today. 2 greeters at the door. A few bankers in the corner offices. tellers were very friendly, professional and helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes and watch 6 people successfully served,including myself. I'm not related to anyone there or paid to say this: Excellent work Chase!
