I came to this branch to cash my check and the lady kept asking me if I just came by… She refused to cash my check telling me it has to be reissued… Clearly she was profiling me accusing me of fraud, Black lady, I don’t remember her name

Tiffany about to lose her job. I just came to cash a check from my employerthey stayed I only needed two forms to identification I brought them five I waited a 45 minutes and she turned around and said she couldn't verify my check I said who you need to verify from it's an employee's check well the number that I have in the system what number do you have in the system cause I know the owner to the company I can get them to call you it is not a problem she looked at me with the dumbfounded look and said she can't do that and she thought I had an attitude with her took off her mask proceeded to tell me how to treat her baby girl you at work I treat you like you an employee I'm not at work I don't have to be nice well I've already called the customer complaint I will be escalating calls and your boss Lenny he ain't safe either y'all about to lose your job have a great day

Brought a letter that I received from Suntrust that was requesting additional documents from me. I was turned away because the representatives didn’t know what to do with the letter And my documents. When I called Suntrust customer service, they said all the rep had to do was EMAIL my document to the appropriate department. This was time wasted after waiting in line for over 45 minutes. This branch needs to train their representatives more thoroughly

Customer service is terrible!! That have one teller with a line of 15 people. Never again will I go to this location. I would rather drive to Peachtree City than deal with this branch again. Trust me it’s worth the drive it’s a friendly fully staffed branch.

This branch has flourished since Mr. Thornton has become the branch manager. The exemplary customer service is impeccable, despise the reviews of the long wait. Banks are only able to do what they can in regards to staffing and traffic. The bank is clean, safe and makes the citizens of Clayton County feel respected in regards to their financial needs.

Spent more than an hour waiting for customer service with my elderly mother. Staff was lacking in social skills, customer service and empathy. My mother has been a customer for over 30 years and this was the worst customer service I've seen. Suntrust you should be a shame to have staff such as this representing your company.

Mr. Thornton is the best branch manager. He is very friendly and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the young lady on the left as you enter the branch located in Riverdale. Today I made a deposit at the drive-up window. My account number was handwritten on the bottom of the deposit slip. Later when I arrived home, I looked at my receipt and saw that my money was deposited in another account. How is this possible when I hand- wrote the right account number on the bottom of the deposit slip???!!! Evidently, the teller did not look at the account number on the bottom of the deposit slip.

ZERO STAR RATING: This is the worst SunTrust Bank in all of Atlanta area. It is always so slow. I just got to drive thru and waited almost 20 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. The lady was allowed to send the tube container 4 times that I saw. When I finally get to the kiosk and asked about delay, the teller lied and said the woman had made an error and had to redo it. Unreal. I saw the woman endorsing checks and stuffing them in the tube container. Update: Filed a formal complaint on this crappy branch with SunTrust Corporate.

I did a mobile deposit on Friday with suntrust. On Saturday only 200 came through not even half not enough to pay my bills and get my mids. The check was for. I call 3 to 4 days. On Saturday they said the hold would come off on Monday. Monday comes and I was told on Tuesday. Later that Monday evening they took all the money back. May I remind you all I called and told these people I need to get my kidney meds, they act like they don't care. Finally someone said awe they couldn't see the check. I ask why you all just didn't say bring it in. We don't do that. We just wait they pay the check, but they said the couldn't see it. I deposit the a check from this company 2weeks ago. I am so swollen because I haven't had my fluid pills. They don't care. They went from the check clearing on Monday to Tuesday. Till no the 29. Till the check is not going to clear. They trying to do what ever to cover their selves, but the girl said the name on the check and the amount, but the couldn't see the check. I said I can bring you all the check they said no. If it's a matter till were you can't see the check then I'll bring it to you all. I told them I have no money, no food to feed my son and self. I have no gas in my car, and on top of it all the longer I keep the fluid on me the worse it gets. I ask for them to release enough to get my meds and food. We can't do that. I did explain that at this point it's life or death. She said I understand but we can't release the hold. Here it is Tuesday and I don't have a $1. I don't have access to money I work for. I have photos to show how sick I have gotten. I am closing that account as soon as I can.
