This has to be the worst bank ever. I made an appointment online regarding a home lending, I get a call a week later to confirm the appointment with the person I’m meeting with. However I was told I can still come in to speak with the guy and ask questions and get to know information about the situation. Well the next day my mother and I came at the exact time for the appointment, no one was able to greet us at the door but just standing there and to top it off after 8 mins later we were told that the person is not here due to an emergency and wasn’t there since a week or so. We were told to wait til the guy comes back and I told the lady that came to us that we weren’t told anything about it that the guy would not be here but was told we can still come in and speak with him to have all the information etc. We were also referred to a senior home lender but when I had also got a call from her , she was very dry during the conversation, she didn’t give me any information about the home lending she was very rude during the call and said I would need to update my income before getting approval for a loan. On my application and I just hung up the phone because she didn’t greet like usual customer service reps but but speaks to me like I did something to her. If you don’t want me to get approved or getting a loan just say that. If you plan on booking an appointment for anything please make sure you ask the reps if they are going to be there the next day before driving up there and wasting time being told something different. ~Diana
