I really like the Store, and i enjoy getting the pamphlet that has the coupons and everyone there is always great and they help you find the right yarn that you need. And the store is very clean.

The customer service sucks at this location when it come to people of Color. They are rude an d none caring. They do not explain the return policy to their customers and expect you as the customer to know their policy. Inflation is going up and these places want to take your money Where do they do this @

Employees are very helpful! The store is clean, tidy, and well managed.

They sell foam and they cut it off the roll right in front of you. This location will really look you in the eye and tell you they have to sell you a whole yard and can't cut 5.5" off of the yard you just bought the same way they cut it off the roll. The Assistant Manager at this location told me that according to company policy, they can't do it. I just contacted 5 other JOANN's stores and every one of them said that they could do it for me and sell me only what I need. So evidently, this location either doesn't understand its own policy or is content to lie to customers so they don't have to spend extra time helping them.

This store is not handicap friendly. I need to ride a scooter around the store and couldn’t fit down the cluttered isles. It was awful. To make matters worse the employees saw me struggling and offered no help nor apology as they kept stocking more items down the middle of the already too cluttered isles. As a person with a recent disability I now see how frustrated disabled people must feel all the time. Joann Fabric do better. SMH

I walked by the fabric area several times and the young lady did not ask if I needed assistance. I had the body language that I couldn't find the items that I was looking for. We made eye contact several times. When I went to the front to check out. Madisyn did not say hello, she didnt even say the amount. When she bagged my items....she tried to stuff everything into one bag. I asked for another bag. She had my receipt balled up. And I still said thank you....she did not say anything. Just poor customer service.

It's been so long since I've been inside JOANN Fabric and Crafts. Buy one, get two free is right up my alley. Definitely going back. I need more shopping time.

Friendly staff, good selection of fabric, crafty items galore. For us the best part was we could bring in our dog 🐕, understanding that if he had an accident that we'd clean it, which has never been a problem. We love dog friendly stores.
