Garbage, didn't give us half the meals we paid for in the drive thru. I called, had the receipt on hand and they refused to refund the portion that I did not receive. Manager on 7/23 was both rude, incompetent and a waste of time to speak with.

This was absolutely the worst experience food and service...not once but Twice!!! I thought maybe the first time was a mistake, but not when it happens TWICE!!! They didn't have any dark meat AT ALL in ORIGINAL recipe.. then when I took what they suggested was the only chicken they had in original...it was hard and cold, my biscuits were the same way .hard.. the mash potatoes cold...My husband and I couldn't eat it!! It was dinner time, no lined up cars, so I'm not sure why the bad food!! They didn't even offer to make any new.!! Really disappointing!!!

New to the area. This my second time going to this KFC. I love KFC. This kfc don't care what they serve people . First time I went chicken was old. Second time chicken smelled like it was cooked in old grease. French fries cold.

Always great food. Although it was a little slow due to a shortage of workers my food was nice and hot. What a way to finish they definitely deserve a raise!

I love this KFC, It's the only store around where I can order fried chicken livers and they are excellent. They make them fresh when you order them so you have to wait a few minutes, but it's well worth the wait!

I went there to get the new plant base chicken nuggets which are suppose to be cook to order. Well this young man said we got some which were already cooked. So I asked if he could cook me some fresh ones and he was polite and nice and said yes ma'am. So when I got home and ate one of the nuggets I could taste oil that was so horrible. I figure what he did was re-cooked the one he had already cooked. This was on Zelda Road in Montgomery Alabama. I know now.

It seems that every time we use the drive thru. that something is missing in the meal. Just sent my daughter there and they did not put my livers in or the gravy for the potatoes. Can't get in touch by phone it sounds like it goes to fax machine. Will think twice before I go back.

The only issue was I only got four tenders and not five as I ordered. The other order had all five tenders. A good value of a meal. I was getting back on the road and by the time I opened my box I was already on the highway. We aren’t locals.

The chicken was good. The customer service was o.k. They say that they give senior discount, but only on big purchase, and for 5 percent... really ? All KFC I have been to give the discount. She flat refused . I just wont go back to this location. OTHER restaurants in the area do, and are glad to get the business....this location was in Newnan Georgia.
