Every time I come to this Bojangles there seems like there is a wait. There was only one car at the window and one car at the speaker and they could not get drive-through moving to save their life. It’s a shame that you have to wait almost 25 minutes in line just for a biscuit or some fries. Most of the time I will give them credit. Their food is OK, but it still goes back to nobody should have to wait that long when there is a building full of people supposedly working. Most of the time everyone in the restaurant has an attitude there will be one or two in the building that do not have an attitude and will try to go out of their way to help you but majority of the time everybody has their nose, turned up or just acts like they don’t even wanna be at work that day. I really hope in the near future they pull this Bojangles together.

This locations has gotten out of hand! Stopped by for breakfast at 6:50 a.m. and sat in drive-thru until 7:02 and NO ONE ever answered the speaker. This is the 3rd time dealing with their mess. Multiple cars drove off ahead of and behind me. Obviously management and owners do not care about making a profit nor servicing their clientele. Just shut the place down so a restaurant with owners who check their staff can move in. Being short-handed is one thing but the staff here is an absolute abomination!! Went to Peach Orchard and drove off WITH FRESH FOOD in only 2 min.

I waited 10 minutes in curbside for my order not be complete and cold cause they didn't get the notification I was there. The only reason I'm ok with the person that brought me my food apologized a lot and she only picked it up off the counter. If I weren't sick I would go back and get a refund. Normally get A-1 service no complaints.

If the Manager can't get it right, who can? The manager took the orders at the window today. I ordered a number 15, 3 wings with 2 sides. Ordered dirty rice and pinto beans, got macaroni and beans. Asked for sauce at the window, he charged me for it and when I asked for my receipt, totally different price on receipt. Manager my need further training. Bojangles used to be great.

Chicken dry, no sauce available, food forced without a bag in a hurried manner, had to ask for one....look at this presentation of my chicken tenders--sad over cooked chicken.

Absolutely Worst Service. First wait 20 minutes for a 9 min pie. Then they said it was too hot to package. I asked for money back they asked you dont want something else.. No I ordered what I wanted...Horrible attitude. No customer service. Watch this location continue to fail with these guys at the helm. This manager needs to be fired.

The workers here are usually so rude. My food was cold. Don’t waste your time stopping here either. That before the pandemic this was the best place. Apparently it’s like everywhere else and they are shortstaffed.

First time to bojangles and i was a little weary of this location due to the mixed reviews. But my food was extremely hot/ fresh and delicious! The only reason it is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is I had to pull over and wait (which is fine for fresh food) but they also forgot the honey I asked for. Otherwise, surprisingly pleased!

The service was very slow, and the chicken was just not that good. It was edible, but I won't ever go back and get anymore. The pieces were small, and they didn't have much flavor. Certainly was not crispy. The service treated me more like an inconvenience than a customer.

I only eat breakfast at Bojangles! I normally eat at the Bojangles at hwy 56 and tobacco Rd and always have good experience with food and customer service. Today I had errands on wrightsboro road so I went into the Bojangles here on wrightsboro. The cashier had the worst attitude and no friendly welcoming demeanor like most customer service workers do. Ariel was what her name tag said. I ordered my food for dine in but she put it in bags. Part of my order was a gravy biscuit. She put the gravy biscuit in the bag on its side causing the gravy to spill out in of the styrofoam container. I reminder her it was on for dine in and she just gave me stupid look. I asked for a tray and she stood there she didn't understand me. Finally, she in pulled out a tray and put my food on a dirty tray. I am very appreciative of any person who nowadays at least goes to work. However, whoever she kept texting while I ordered and was waiting for my food must have made her mad or put her in bad mood and she let it interfere with doing a good job. I considered it displaced anger. I doubt I will return to this restaurant and if I do I won't order if she is cashier taking my order.
